The development plan for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has laid a foundation for the exchange and cooperation of colleges and universities in the region.The safety of physical education and sports of teachers and students in colleges and universities has gradually attracted attention.The existing Athletic Training work of universities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has not paid enough attention and the construction strength is not strong.Research on cooperation mechanism of colleges and universities Athletic Training in Guangdong-Hong KongMacao Greater Bay Area based on Synergy Theory,Through the analysis of the "collaborative development model of Athletic Training mechanism of colleges and universities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area " and "collaborative system model of Athletic Training cooperation of universities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area" to promote the collaborative development of Athletic Training of colleges and universities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and promote teachers and students to participate in sports safely.And put forward the way to promote the cooperation mechanism of colleges and universities Athletic Training in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.In this paper,cooperation mechanism of colleges and universities Athletic Training in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as the research object.Through literature research,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this paper studies and analyzes the Athletic Training of colleges and universities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The conclusions are as follows: At present,there are still some deficiencies in the development of colleges and universities Athletic Training in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,which need to be paid attention to,improve the construction of sports injury prevention,first aid and treatment,rehabilitation training,and promote teachers and students to participate in sports safely in school.Based on the Synergy theory,the research on the cooperative mechanism of colleges and universities Athletic Training in Guangdong-Hong KongMacao Greater Bay Area Bay area is feasible,and the future development prospects and trends are considerable.The government plays a decisive role in promoting the relevant construction work and plays an irreplaceable role in the construction of Athletic Training cooperation mechanism of universities in Guangdong-Hong KongMacao Greater Bay Area.The evolution and development process of "conceptstructure-mechanism" is feasible.It is conducive to the establishment of cooperative mechanism and the promotion of unified standards for colleges and universities Athletic Training in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Under the current conditions of colleges and universities,the research on the development of cooperative mechanism of Athletic Training in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area by using the Synergetic theory can explore the basis of research and application in synergetic effect,order parameter and self-organization.
