Research On Emergency Management Of Sports Events

In recent years,all kinds of sports events successfully held in China have injected a steady stream of vitality into the development of social economy,and ensuring the safety of sports events is an important condition and prerequisite for the successful holding of sports events.In the management of sports events,how to properly deal with the emergencies of sports events is the key to the safety of sports events.Sport incidents emergency management research in China,not only can expand the existing theoretical research perspective and category from the emergency plans,rich game operations in China in the face of the research achievements of the theory of emergency management,and help to understand and grasp to deal with different kinds of emergent risk's influence on all kinds of people,to improve the level of our country's sports event emergency management and further with international large-scale sports events has important practical significance and application value.Based on the principle and method of sports event emergency management as the theoretical basis,using the methods of literature material,expert interview and logical analysis and other research methods,with comprehensive sports contest during operation of the risk identification and response and sports contest of comprehensive emergency contingency plans for key research object,through the analysis of the following research conclusions:1 the unexpected events of sports events is the main factors of environmental factors and the event itself factor two aspects,including the external environment factors can be divided into natural environment and humane environment factors,take certain precautions,humane environment and the natural environment as far as possible to reduce risk factors influencing factors of hidden dangers,probability of the incident happened and caused losses to a minimum.2 through the elaboration of the procedures and steps of the emergency plan,according to the principles and steps of the preparation of the emergency plan,the emergency plan will be more perfect,the characteristics of the emergency plan will be highlighted,and the emergency plan will be more comprehensive and complete.We will expand the forms of publicity for contingency plans for sports events and deepen their contents.3 through emergency drill,the task of participants in the drill is clarified,theenthusiasm of drill personnel is enhanced,and the process of emergency plan drill for sports events is improved,so that the drill of emergency plan for sports events is both skilled and procedural.Smooth information communication is the key to master and solve emergencies.In the process of handling emergencies,maintain smooth information communication and systematic monitoring of public opinions.4 in the development of our country large-scale sports events under the new situation,the organizers of the event,participants,and government regulators need to jointly promote the establishment of risk awareness,publicity and emergency knowledge in different forms and ways,guidance and the education of the public,improve the public emergency consciousness and ability,and emergency management function,focus,determine the task and division of labor,strengthen overall coordination and cooperation.And summarizes the following recommendations: in the development of our country large-scale sports event under the new situation,the organizers of the event,participants,and government regulators need to jointly promote the establishment of risk awareness,and risk management function,focus,determine the task and division of labor,strengthen overall coordination and cooperation,jointly cope with the risk attaches great importance to the event specific research and improve the external environment of risk resistance.According to the actual situation of different provinces and cities and regions and the characteristics of various sports events,the emergency management methods of special sports events with local characteristics should be further discussed.It needs to be combined with the urban risk management mechanism and the event host city emergency mechanism to achieve the purpose of preventing and reducing losses.How to maintain cooperation and communication with the government and get support to actively cooperate with the establishment of emergency response mechanism is also a subject that needs to be explored and studied.In order to further clarify the pertinence of the research on the emergency management of sports events,it is necessary to further deepen the research on the classification and influencing factors of sports events emergencies.
