Research On Optimization Of Safety Risk Management In Field Sports Events

With the rapid development of our society,economy and comprehensive national strength and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,sports and fitness are more and more popular among the people.In recent years,various sports events have flourished,especially the blowout development of some outdoor sports events,which have played an important role in promoting the development of national fitness,competitive sports and the sports industry.However,due to the large number of participants,the complex external influencing factors,and the high social attention,if the safety issues of the field sports are neglected,safety accidents can easily be caused.The public safety incident of the 4th Yellow River Stone Forest 100-kilometer cross-country race in 2021 caused heavy casualties and taught very painful lessons,exposing many weak links and loopholes in the management of sports events.In the research of this paper,I hope to find out the reasons for the problems in the crisis management of the the field sports events in China and put forward reasonable suggestions for the problems.Taking the 5.22 Gansu field sports safety accident as the research case,using the relevant theories of crisis life cycle and collaborative governance,by discovering the problems of each subject in the event at different stages,analyzing the reasons.Then try to figure out some suggestions for the problems,enriching the theoretical basis of crisis events in field sports events,and supporting the development of field sports events so as to avoid the occurrence of similar crisis events to the greatest extent.On the basis of case analysis,this study summarizes four major problems in the safety risk management of outdoor sports events: the multi governance subjects of the events do not form a unified collaborative governance mechanism,the risk prevention awareness of the events is weak,the hosting and access mechanism of the events is not clear,and the risk assessment of the events is not implemented.Through in-depth analysis,it is found that the main reasons for the existence of the above problems are that the multiple governance subjects of field sports events do not have a unified public value goal,and lack the willingness,channels and environment for collaborative governance;the natural environment and conditions in the events are variable;the cancellation of the system,the relatively loose review,and the relatively large omissions and problems in various aspects such as supervision legislation,supervision subjects,supervision matters and supervision methods,have led to the emergence of a gray area in the supervision of field sports events in practice.In the end,this paper proposes specific optimizations from four aspects:improving the mechanism of multi-party collaborative governance of events,improving the access mechanism for the hosting of wild sports events,thoroughly implementing the risk assessment of wild sports events,and constructing an emergency response system for wild sports events.Suggest.
