Research On Emergency Management Of Emergency In Chinese Men's Basketball Professional League

The Chinese Men's Basketball Professional League(CBA)is China's current highest-level basketball league and maintains a leading position in all basketball leagues in China.As the league continues to develop,more and more problems are exposed.In particular,the emergencies in the league seriously interfered with the order of professional competitions,undermined the public image of basketball professional events,and also brought serious challenges to the organizers of men's basketball professional events.How to correctly understand the mechanism of emergencies,How to find out the causes of emergencies and propose corresponding emergency management methods and strategies,which has become an urgent problem in the development of men's basketball professional events in China.This thesis takes the emergencies in the Chinese Men's Basketball Professional League(CBA)as the research object,using the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,field research method,case analysis method,logical deduction method,mathematical statistics method.Research methods.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Through the understanding of the concept and characteristics of emergencies and the content and concept of emergency management,this paper defines the mechanism characteristics of emergencies and emergency management in China's men's basketball professional league.The mechanism characteristics of emergencies:suddenness and high degree of information loss,harmfulness and invasiveness,subject regularity,and multi-category.Mechanism characteristics of emergency management:timeliness and effectiveness,complexity and network type,finmteness and dynamic game.2.Combine the understanding and analysis of the representative emergencies of the Chinese men's basketball professional league in the last ten years,and the research on the outbreak of the group CBA finals in the key cases in 2016,divide the emergencies of the Chinese men's basketball professional league into two.There are five categories of natural disasters,accidents and disasters,public health events,social security incidents,and stadium order events.3.Through the classification of emergencies in China's men's basketball professional league,combined with crisis management theory,risk management theory,emergency management theory and early warning management theory,the characteristics of China's men's basketball professional league emergencies are defined as sudden and urgent.Sex,harm,stage,uncertainty,and limitations of information.4.According to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Emergency Response,combined with the representative emergencies of the Chinese Men's Basketball Professional League in the last decade,and based on the theoretical principles of early warning management,the mechanism of the disaster caused by emergencies is“people”.The three elements of the machine-environment are caused by discord.Therefore,in the professional basketball game in China,the composition of the emergencies is mainly focused on the three elements of "participating in the event personnel—the event venue—the event environment".The cause of the basketball professional event emergencies is mainly determined by human factors and events.It consists of four factors:venue equipment factors,event management factors and event environment factors.5.China's men's basketball professional league emergency management is a systematic project:first of all,we must distinguish the main body and object of the Chinese men's basketball professional league emergencies,and then carry out the organization preparation work for emergency management of emergency,and then It is the response to the emergencies,and finally the summary of the response to the emergency.
