It is important for children to form his behavior,learning quality,moral recognition and good personality in his early childhood.Entering preschool education,the behavior of kindergarten teachers has a profound influence on children's development and the significance of kindergarten teachers' moral construction has been highlighted in the new era.As a result,a higher level of kindergarten teachers' ethics is required.The reasons are as follow: Firstly,kindergarten teachers' ethics embodies teachers' moral concepts,behavioral norms and moral qualities and it is the inherent requirements of teachers morality and the basis of teachers' professional development;Secondly,kindergarten teachers are playing a significant role in the process of educating young children,the construction of kindergarten teachers' ethics influence the effectiveness of preschool education.Last but not least,the construction of kindergarten teachers' ethics is an urgent and necessary requirement for the development of good education,and can meet people's needs for a better life.However,it is frequently reported that some teachers in kindergarten use physical punishment or even abuse children,which has left a negative impression on the public,posing serious challenge on the construction of kindergarten teachers' ethics.Therefore,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council released "Several Opinions on Deepening Reform and Standardizing Development of Preschool Education"(2018),clearly pointing out that “veto power”should be validated to those kindergarten teachers who violate the norms of professional ethics and have bad influence." The construction of kindergarten teachers' ethics has never been more urgent.The essay use "Kindergarten Teachers' Professional Standards(Trial)"(2012)as references to conduct questionnaires and interviews from four aspects:professionalism and professional identity,teachers' ethics recognition and practice,teachers' ethics training and management,and professional knowledge andprofessional competence,aims at exploring the present situation of kindergarten teachers' ethics in Luohu District of Shenzhen City.The results show that there are several problems: First,the low professional identity and severe stress lead to the increasing mobility of kindergarten teachers;Second,the low level of teachers' ethics in some kindergartens results in the imbalance of teachers' ethics in whole kindergarten teachers;Third,the incorrect motivation of training,the obsolete content and mode of training result in the lacking of training effectiveness and management efficiency;Fourth,there is a big difference between professional knowledge and professional ability,which limits the sustainable development of kindergarten teachers' profession.In this regard,this essay attempts to optimize and improve from the following four aspects.First,the author suggests building a respecting teacher and valuing education environment;raising kindergarten teachers' salary;enhancing humanistic care for the teachers in kindergarten as well as the sense of identity and belonging of the teacher in kindergarten.Second,by playing the role of kindergarten leaders' moral leadership,the author strengthen teachers' ethics;boosting teachers' professional development and constantly improving kindergarten teachers' ethic and professionalism.Third,by building up a correct lifelong learning opinion and a rational teachers' ethics evaluation standard,the author suggests constantly improving teachers' ethics training and supervisory mechanism.Fourth,by improving the professional knowledge level of kindergarten teachers and formulating the professional development plan,the professional development of kindergarten teachers can be promoted.
