At present,China's higher education sector is vigorously promoting the construction of “double first-class”.The construction of “double first-class” is based on the principle of “foster integrity and promote rounded development people”,with the training of talents as the starting point and the foothold,aiming at improving the quality of personnel training in higher education institutions.To enhance the overall strength of China's higher education.Under the background of "double first-class" construction,how to improve the quality of normal education in local comprehensive universities and cultivate excellent teachers with creative ability and practical ability is an era subject that local comprehensive universities must face in the process of developing normal education.Based on the background of “double first-class” construction,this paper adopts research methods such as literature research method,interview method,case analysis method and comparative analysis method,firstly deeply understands the background and significance of the “double first-class” construction strategy.Interpret the connotation of "double first-class" construction,clarify the intrinsic relationship between the implementation of "double first-class" construction and the development of normal education in local comprehensive universities,and then sort out the development history and development characteristics of normal education in local comprehensive universities in China,and On the basis of this,through the selection of cases,the problems and their fate of the current local comprehensive university normal education are analyzed.By referring to the relevant experience of the international first-class comprehensive university to hold the normal education,the local comprehensive university normal education is proposed in China.The development of the first-class "building background.This paper believes that the construction of “double first-class” can promote the development of first-class normal education in local comprehensive universities.Thedevelopment of first-class normal education can promote the construction of “double first-class” in local comprehensive universities;the development of normal education in local comprehensive universities in China is in the process of development.It presents the characteristics of the dynamics of the school-running model,the characteristics of the training model,and the diversification of the training level.At the same time,there are also many problems,such as the overall status of normal education is not high,the organizational system is broken,the target is not clear,and the lack of training features;in the context of "double first-class" construction,local comprehensive university development normal education must adhere to first-class normal education Talent cultivation is the goal,and it is oriented to provide first-class service for the development of local education.To this end,we can learn from the relevant experience of foreign-level comprehensive universities to hold normal education,and start from the three levels of national,social and local comprehensive universities to explore the way for local comprehensive universities to improve and strengthen normal education in the future.Specifically,it includes the national level:establishing a dynamic adjustment mechanism for normal education institutions with quality as the core;and trying to extend the “normal education policy for public students” to local comprehensive universities.Social level: In the ideological concept,we recognize that local comprehensive universities hold normal education;all sectors of society support local comprehensive universities to carry out normal education.At the university level: establish institutions dedicated to normal education;draw on the international model,introduce the diversion mechanism;add teacher skills courses,strengthen education and teaching practices;improve training methods,and establish a scientific evaluation mechanism.
