| As the distinctive discipline,key discipline and dominant disciplines in normal universities,the education discipline construction directly determines the effectiveness of talent cultivation,scientific research and social service functions in normal colleges and universities.In recent years,with the acceleration of integration process in normal universities,it has led to a series of practical problems,such as unclear academic characteristics,weak teacher staff construction,low level of subject platform construction and insufficient financial support.In order to break through the practical drawbacks in the construction of educational disciplines and explore the effective pathway for constructing educational disciplines,it is necessary to place education disciplines in subjective position.It is not only promote the quality of teacher education and deepen the reform of the teaching staff in the new era,but also is conducive to the formation of first-rate education disciplines in normal colleges and the promotion of the construction of first-class normal universities.It can accelerate the modernization of higher education,aiming to achieve the connotative development of higher education and the construction of a strong higher education country.Through carefully reviewing the development history of the education discipline construction in normal universities since the reform and opening up,it has been found that the education discipline construction in normal university has undergone a period of recovery and development,an integrated development stage and an deepening reform phase.It is clear that education discipline is the core discipline,the key discipline and the featured discipline in normal colleges.The education discipline play an important role in cultivating specialized teachers,improving education scientific research and providing teacher education policy guidance for the government and providing an important place for teacher training.Based on studying the double "first-rate" construction strategic plan and detailed rules,this study discusses the inherent challenges in normal universities:the low level status of education disciplines,weak teacher staff construction,unclear academic characteristics,low level scientific research platforms,insufficient financial support and unimproved internationalization.It systematically analyzes unprecedented opportunities of the development of education disciplines in normal universities under the current background of double "first-rate" construction and other teacher policies such as"Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform and Development of the Teaching Staff in the New Era" and "the Action Plan for the Revitalization of Teacher Education".Facing to the existing problems of the education disciplines,it presents successful constructing experience in world-class universities,and provides some practical guidance and pathway choices for the development of education disciplines in our normal universities,such as strengthening the construction of faculty,improving the layout of disciplines,building research platforms of disciplines,increasing funding input,and improving the internationalization of educational disciplines,in order to construct a great number of world-famous first-rate normal universities and educational disciplines.The construction of educational disciplines in normal universities is an intrinsic and rational choice that responds to the needs of the reform of the national education system and mechanisms,the reform of the teaching staff construction in the new era,the implementation of teacher education promotion plan and the dominant position of educational disciplines.Therefore,education disciplines construction in normal universities must be closely integrated with the double "first-rate" strategy and the education opening and internationalization plan of "One Belt and One Road".The construction of educational disciplines in normal universities must improve its quality and level.The scientificity and effectiveness of educational discipline construction has been enhanced to provide useful guidance for improving the quality of teacher education and building a strong country of higher education. |
