Research On The Development Strategy Of Universities With Local Industry Characteristics From The Perspective Of "double First-class"

In recent years,as China's economic development has entered a new normal,economic structural transformation has been continuously upgraded,enterprise reform has been deepened,industrial upgrading has accelerated,social talent supply and demand have undergone profound changes,put forward new requirements for the differentiation of higher education institutions and personnel training.As an important part of the distinctive characteristics of China's higher education system,local colleges and universities have how to further develop their advantages,highlight their characteristics and improve the level of running schools.This is an important issue facing these schools.With the introduction and implementation of the Double First-Class initiative,it will bring new opportunities to the development of local industry.This paper studies the development strategy of local industry characteristic universities under the perspective of "double first-class initiative" construction,and open up new perspectives for double first-class initiative related research.Combining the research status at home and abroad,using literature research method,historical research method,comparative research method and various research methods.Rely on SWOT analysis method,analysis and research on the Development Status of T University in Tianjin,and find out the challenges and shortcomings in its development process.Based on this,put forward corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions,identiy development orientation,service industry regional development;optimize discipline professional structure,highlight cross-disciplinary integration;accelerate the construction of teaching staff,cultivate excellent innovation teams;strengthen the construction of innovation platform and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements;Facing regional and industry needs,improve the quality of personnel training;improve the internal governance structure and promote the overall construction of the school.With a view to promoting the further development of T University,we will promote the overall development of Tianjin's local industry characteristics.
