Based on the realistic demands of primary school students' parents for off-campus care classes,this paper focuses on how to better develop the off-campus care classes for primary school students in the whole educational environment,so as to meet the needs of parents and students.The quality of after-school care classes for primary school students is determined by the quality of their managers,service contents and service links.In view of this,we should comprehensively review the management and operation of the managed class,find out the deficiencies,analyze the reasons,and actively explore the ideas and methods for improvement,so as to eliminate the adverse factors hindering the healthy development of the managed class and improve the service quality of the managed class.Finally,we can provide the childcare service that both students and parents are satisfied with.In order to understand the main problems existing in the out-of-school nursing classes of primary school students,this study took six out-of-school nursing classes in Jinzhou City as the investigation object and adopted the research thinking of "raising problems-analyzing problemssolving problems".This study mainly adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,from the phenomenon of charge of primary school out-of-school care classes,the management and operation of primary school students' out-of-school care classes.The three dimensions of supervision of out-of-school custodial classes for primary school students study the problems existing in custodial classes.First of all,this paper uses the literature method to sort out and summarize the present research situation of primary school students' out-of-school nursing classes,and to advance the related concepts.All right,define it.Secondly,through observation,interview and questionnaire survey,the author finds out the main problems and the main causes of the out-of-school nursing class in Jinzhou.Finally,on this basis,the corresponding countermeasures of out-of-school custodial classes for primary school students in Jinzhou are put forward.Based on the investigation of the basic situation of out-of-school custodial classes for primary school students in Jinzhou City,the author finds that there are some problems such as confusion of charge,unscientific management and operation,and lack of effective supervision in out-ofschool custodial classes of pupils in Jinzhou City.After the analysis of the problems,it is found that the reasons are that the supervision and management of the government is not in place,the quality of the relevant employees is not high,and the parents do not have a clear understanding of the trusteeship class.Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons found above,the countermeasures are put forward: the government should strengthen supervision and management,parents should assume their responsibility for after-school education of their children,and trusteeship classes should improve their service quality.As a kind of social education,primary school students' out-of-school custodial class is not only the extension of school education,but also the product of socialization of family education responsibility.Through the investigation of out-of-school custodial classes of primary school students in Jinzhou City,the author finds out the existing problems and finds out the solutions,in order to promote the healthy development of out-of-school custodial classes of primary school students and to create a pleasant hosting environment for pupils.
