Problems And Paths For Perfection Of Entrepreneurship Policy For College Students In City A

At present,the number of college graduates is increasing year by year.Employment becomes a serious problem.Many fresh college graduates can't get employed smoothly.Because of the low threshold and other characteristics,entrepreneurship attracts the attention of some college graduates and becomes the employment mode of these graduates.But we need to realize that the current entrepreneurship policy in our country is not comprehensive,and college students inevitably encounter various problems in the process of entrepreneurship.Based on this,this paper takes the entrepreneurship policy for college students in city A as the research object,and carries out specific investigation and exploration by using scientific methods such as literature research,empirical analysis,questionnaire survey and descriptive statistical analysis.It is found that the entrepreneurship policy for college students in city A has the following problems in policy content,such as lack of the policy on special fund for college students,imperfect policy system for the training system,and absence of the policy on free service for entrepreneurship;the following problems in policy making,such as non-specific and less targeted policy formulation,and various but incomplete policies;the following problems in the implementation process,such as inadequate promotion,insufficient labor division and cooperation,and government risk aversion;and poor policy supervision and feedback.The main causes of these problems include:policy makers' lack of information on the needs of college students,undesirable entrepreneurial environment,insufficient entrepreneurial training,and weak policy promotion.In order to effectively deal with these problems,we need to seek solutions for improvement from four perspectives including policy system perfection,policy formulation,policy implementation,and policy supervision and feedback with reference to success patterns abroad.
