With the Entry of the Age of National Fitness,it has been paid more and more attention by society and schools,but facts have proved that the development of school physical education has undergone many tests.To develop and strengthen school physical education,the most critical link is the cultivation of physical education teachers.How to cultivate excellent and dedicated physical education has attracted more and more attention.At present,physical education teachers have some problems,such as single form of physical education classroom,dull teaching content,or many teachers adopt "sheep-herding" teaching and so on.This research takes the subject teaching knowledge(PCK)of high school physical education teachers in Yaodu District of Linfen City as the research object.By using the research methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,it analyses the situation of subject teaching knowledge(PCK)of high school physical education teachers in Yaodu District of Linfen City and finds out the differences.It refers to and draws lessons from the existing teaching knowledge of school physical education and physical education at home and abroad.From the perspective of subject teaching knowledge(PCK),this paper puts forward appropriate suggestions on the professional training of physical education teachers in order to help improve the subject teaching knowledge(PCK)of high school physical education teachers in Yaodu District,Linfen City,and provide reference for the future research on the subject teaching knowledge(PCK)of physical education and the professional training of high school physical education teachers.Based on the analysis and research of the subject teaching knowledge(PCK)of high school PE teachers in Yaodu District,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Through correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis,we can find that the seven dimensions used in the study of PCK are highly correlated and highly correlated.In the regression analysis,it is found that the knowledge of teaching strategies of physical education discipline has no effect on PCK in general,and the most influential dimension is the knowledge of teaching evaluation of physical education discipline.From the subjective understanding of senior high school physical education teachers in Yaodu District,it is also considered that the knowledge of teaching evaluation of physical education discipline is the most influential.(2)There are differences in the four dimensions of students' knowledge,teaching evaluation knowledge,teaching environment knowledge and teaching objective knowledge of physical education among high school P.E.teachers in Yaodu District of different genders.Female high school P.E.teachers are generally worse than male high school P.E.teachers.(3)From the perspective of teaching age,there are significant differences.Physical education teachers of less than five years' teaching age are the worst in all dimensions.Physical education teachers of 21-25 years' teaching age perform worse than those of teachers of lower teaching age in the four dimensions of sports subject knowledge,sports subject curriculum knowledge,sports subject teaching evaluation knowledge and sports subject teaching evaluation knowledge.(4)In the study of senior high school P.E.teachers in Yaodu District with different professional titles,it is found that professional titles have a positive impact on the PCK of senior high school P.E.teachers.That is,the higher the professional titles,the better the PCK,the worse the situation of P.E.teachers with three or less professional titles,and the situation of senior teachers is similar to that of first-level teachers.(5)There are significant differences in seven dimensions in the research of high school physical education teachers with different educational backgrounds.Physical education teachers with undergraduate and master degrees are in the best condition.The ability of physical education teachers with undergraduate and master degrees is comparable.It is found that the age of physical education teachers with undergraduate and master degrees is concentrated in the range of 11-30 years,while that of undergraduate and master degrees is in the range of 0-10 years.(6)There is no significant difference in PCK of P.E.teachers of different majors and types of majors,which shows that there is no statistical significance in the impact of professional and professional types on PCK.(7)There is no significant difference in PCK among senior high school PE teachers of different school types,that is to say,there is no statistical difference between public school teachers and private school teachers.(1)Deeply studying and mastering the knowledge and skills of physical education,actively understanding the history and culture behind physical education,and strengthening their own knowledge and skills will help to transform their knowledge and skills into forms that students can easily understand.(2)Expanding the breadth of knowledge,learning and understanding more knowledge outside the textbook,and deepening their own understanding of the teaching content.(3)Preparing lessons actively before class,observing,thinking,summarizing and practicing teaching more.(4)When evaluating students,we should pay attention to the individual differences of students,make a comprehensive evaluation of students,and seriously summarize and reflect on the problems in teaching after class.(5)In peacetime teaching,we should develop the good habit of checking the teaching site in advance,and often consult how to optimize the use of the site and teaching aids by means of inquiry and communication,and improve our hands-on ability,so as to design teaching aids in line with the actual teaching situation.(6)To master the methods and principles of setting learning curriculum objectives,to formulate teaching objectives through scientific methods,and to actively take part in the latest curriculum standards in the process of formulating.
