Problem Analysis And Strategy Research On The Domestic Development Of Martial Arts

In recent years,the country's call for the promotion of Chinese traditional culture has become more and more popular.In this climate,more and more traditional cultures that had been buried in the past have now reconnected with the current society,showing the emerging trend of the future.As one of the Four Quintessence,Chinese martial arts have failed to comply with the trend of the times and shown a slightly exhausted state,which is quite different from the flourishing development of other traditional cultures.The country is indifferent to the decline of martial arts,the society's voice of doubt about martial arts is innumerable,and the public is even more disregarded to today's martial arts.The comment of "showy but not practical" has come one after another.The development of martial arts appears to have been into errors and wandered back and forth before the starting line of "good and fast development".However,the national ethos and quality of wills contained in martial arts are extraordinary.Whether from the perspective of historical inheritance,the richness of martial arts culture,or the diversified value brought by martial arts,etc.,it is incomparable to other cultural elements for the nation,the country,and the world.It can be said that the failure to develop martial arts is not only a fault of our country but also a loss for our country.This paper focuses on the problems and strategies of the martial arts development in China.Through the literature method,interdisciplinary research method and functional analysis method,this paper analyzes the reasons why the development of martial arts is in a difficult position at present.This paper reveals the cognitive level and acceptance range of martial arts in different social hierarchies from three aspects:competitive martial arts,popular martial arts,and school martial arts.Then,three levels have been taken into consideration to refine the root causes of problems,including spiritual,institutional and cultural level.After that,the following problems have been found objectively and systematically instead of subjectively and disorderly.1.Martial arts practice is a test for spirits.It has high requirements for human body,will,culture,morality,etc.,which all become barriers to entry.2.Martial arts development lacks pertinence and mass base.It does not have an index system and lacks the attention and passion of the public.3.The martial arts culture has some parts that are incompatible with modern concepts,which are easily misunderstood and suspected.In addition,there is no systematic theoretical framework which helps construct a positive understanding of martial arts in the eyes of the world.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes the following strategies:1.Media promotions of martial arts need to be strengthened.2.Barriers between different martial arts schools need to be eliminated.3.Inherent concepts should be switched to the understandings of spiritual training effects of martial arts.4.The state should introduce a new policy to support the development of martial arts.5.Social organizations should provide perfect and systematic safeguard mechanism for martial arts people.6.The cross-integration of martial arts and other artistic forms such as Film and TV should be strengthened.7.Martial arts can be incorporated into lyrics to make them deeply rooted in the hearts of the people by taking advantages of the characteristics of music.
