Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Swimming Lifeguards In Jiangsu Province

Swimming safety is closely related to the quality and safety management of lifeguards in swimming places.The life-saving and proper disposal of lifeguards can lay a good foundation for the follow-up treatment and effectively guarantee the life safety of the people.The quality of swimming lifeguards is closely related to the training of swimming lifeguards.Therefore,it is very important to study the problem of lifeguard training.This research adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,field inspection,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,and takes the current situation and countermeasures of lifeguard training in Jiangsu Province as the research object.Organization,content and Teaching of training for Swimming lifeguards in Jiangsu Province Methods,assessment methods,training effects and many other aspects were investigated and analyzed,the present situation of swimming lifeguard training in Jiangsu Province was analyzed,and the existing problems were analyzed.Furthermore,the countermeasures to further promote the healthy development of swimming lifeguard training in Jiangsu Province are put forward,in order to provide reference for improving the training quality of swimming lifeguards in Jiangsu Province through this study.So as to give full play to the safety of swimming lifeguards in swimming and promote the development of mass swimming fitness.The findings are as follows:(1)The training system for swimming lifeguards in Jiangsu Province is relatively sound,but the form is small;the training base is mainly based on large training bases in Suzhong and Sunan.The hardware facilities of the lifeguard training base are not yet complete.The training is divided into different levels,high and medium,with primary and intermediate lifeguards as the mainstay.The number of trainees has increased year by year,but the pass rate is low.The teaching method mainly adopts mixed teaching,and the training content is divided into two parts:theory and practice.Adopting a unified assessment method ensures the quality of lifeguard training.(2)Most of the trainees are satisfied with the teaching effect,the theoretical training atmosphere is good,the effectiveness and specificity of the training content are relatively general,and the innovation is not enough.Oily 38%of the trainees can master the teaching content after the training,indicating the teaching method.Other aspects need further improvement.(3)Overall,the lifeguard training in Jiangsu Province is effective,and the training has played a positive role in improving the life quality of lifeguards,especially in the comprehensive ability of lifeguards and the clarity of their work planning,but The training schedule is quite different from the life expectant training time.(4)The lecturers of the Jiangsu Lifeguard Training Course mainly come from the government sports department and sports colleges.The lecturers are mainly middle-aged,the teacher structure is basically reasonable,and the overall education level is relatively high.Most of them are from swimmers,and most of them have intermediate and advanced trainers qualifications.However,the length of coaching of the lecturer is relatively short.(5)The lifeguards who participated in swimming training in Jiangsu Province were mainly males,with the largest number of people aged 20-29.The lifeguard team had higher academic qualifications and cultural qualities,mainly from colleges and swimming pools.Lifeguards participate in training mainly on a voluntary basis,and internal behavioral motivation is driven more.In response to the outstanding problems in the training of swimming lifeguards in Jiangsu Province,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)Further scientifically design training courses,innovative teaching methods,and form a reasonable and effieient training mechanism and system for lifeguard theory and practice training to better promote the sustainable development of lifeguard teams.(2)Improve the relevant policies for swimming lifeguard training in Jiangsu Province,plan and organize the training,assessment,appraisal and auditing of swimming lifeguards,and improve the law enforcement and arbitration procedures and enforcement agencies related to swimming lifeguard training.(3)Moderately increase the number of swimming lifeguard training,break the conventional thinking,explore the industrialization of swimming lifeguard training,and encourage social forces to participate in or sponsor swimming lifeguard training classes.Scientifically adjust the training ratio of primary,middle and senior lifeguards to meet the needs of the society for different levels of lifeguards.(4)The relevant government departments should adjust the income balance stability of lifeguards,promote the stable income of swimming lifeguards,appropriately improve the salary of junior and middle-level lifeguards,and ensure the fundamental interests of lifeguards are effectively guaranteed.(5)Strictly implement the national regulations and appropriately increase the study time of theoretical training and skills within the prescribed scope,so that the students are proficient in lifesaving theory knowledge and lifesaving skills.(6)Rational allocation of resources,through the appropriate introduction of sports sponsorship,to make up for the shortage of training funds,thereby further reducing the economic burden of the students.
