Investigation And Analysis Of Swimming Lifeguard Innatural Waters In Downtown Fuzhou City

Deepening the reform of Lifeguard Training in natural waters,promoting the improvement of comprehensive quality and training new socialist people to meet the needs of modernization in the 21 st century are the primary tasks of quality education for lifeguards in natural waters in our province.With the increasing number of people participating in physical fitness in natural waters,the research on the construction and training of lifeguards in natural waters has gradually become a topic of concern.Consequently,lifeguards in natural waters have become one of the focuses of national fitness research and have been activated and highlighted.This paper adopts the methods of documentation,expert interview,questionnaire survey,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.On the basis of literature and expert interviews,starting with the conceptual study of swimming lifesaving in natural waters,this paper investigates and analyses the status quo of swimming lifeguards in natural waters of Fuzhou city.It also analyses the gender structure,age structure,educational background structure,certificate level,salary and treatment,training and management status of swimming lifeguards in natural waters,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.The Countermeasures of training and management of lifeguards in natural waters of Fuzhou city.The results show that:1.In the equipments of life-saving equipment,the lifeguards are lack of corresponding equipments.2.The lifeguards in natural waters are mainly male,and the proportion of young lifeguards is not high.3.The cultural structure of lifeguards in natural waters is generally unbalanced,and there are few undergraduates or above who are engaged in lifeguards.4.The certificate level held by lifeguards is basically junior certificate,mainly for hydrostatic lifesaving.The senior level involves natural waters lifesaving,but the proportion of middle and senior certificates is quite small.5.The salary and treatment of lifeguards in natural waters conform to the development level of Fuzhou citizens,but the job satisfaction of lifeguards is not high.6.The factors that restrict the development of lifesaving swimming in natural waters of Fuzhou city are that the functional departments pay more attention to the training of lifeguards in swimming pools than the training of lifeguards in natural waters.Through the above investigation and analysis,the suggestions for improving the training of lifeguards in natural waters of Fuzhou City are summarized.1.Attach importance to teachers and teachers.If we want to improve the overall quality of lifeguards,we should also make every effort to develop the training system.First,we should introduce high-water training instructors to rapidly improve the professional level of lifeguards.Secondly,relevant training systems should be established to build a team of life-saving personnel with reasonable structure.2.Leaders attach importance to leadership.It is an important guarantee for promoting the development of lifeguards in natural waters to strive for the full support of leaders and attach importance to the development of lifeguards in natural waters.3.It is suggested that government departments should pay attention to the development of sports public utilities and call on national vocational skill certification agencies to promulgate the qualification training standards for lifeguards in natural waters as soon as possible.4.It is suggested that the Natural Waters Sports Association be established as soon as possible,relying on associations and other organizations,actively carry out the training of lifeguards in natural waters,and normalize the training work.Besides actively striving for government support and financial input,the association should attract social funds,gradually realize its "hematopoietic function" and solve the problem of low salary of lifeguards.
