Tennis Athlete Career Identity Research Characteristics And Differences

The concept of "professional identity" was first developed from the theory of "self-identity" proposed by psychologist Erikson.As a new research field,"professional identity" has been concerned by scholars at home and abroad in recent years,especially those related to management and human resources.The research of domestic and foreign scholars shows that positive professional identity can bring positive professional behavior characteristics.Through consulting a large number of literature materials,it is found that the current domestic research on athletes' professional identity is relatively weak,and the research depth is not.Since 2006,Chinese women tennis players in the world's major events burst of positive energy continue to stimulate the enthusiasm of the Chinese tennis.Tennis began to gradually enter people's attention,and obtained unprecedented rapid development,more and more people began to learn tennis,tennis began to integrate into people's life in different forms,it is not only a competitive project,but also a social communication media carrier.Combined with this phenomenon,theoretically speaking,Chinese tennis players should present a good level of professional identity.But the actual situation of how people still need in-depth research and analysis.This study to the study of professional identity documents at home and abroad were reviewed and read,and the related data,by visiting experts and professors to set up the questionnaire of this study collect guidance,combined with the related research direction of predecessors experience,to develop a tennis player career identity test scale,through the selection of professional sports teams in Hubei province tennis team of 23 players,amateur sports teams,Wuhan city,Hubei province sports school tennis team 29 human subjects research.This study aims to analyze the overall identity status of tennis players in China,as well as the influence of different sports skills,different training years,different genders and different sports teams on the professional identity of tennis players.It provides a theoreticalfoundation for further research.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The tennis players of Hubei provincial team and sports schools in Hubei and Wuhan have a higher overall level of professional identity.Among the six survey indexes,the overall level of role values has the highest score and the overall level of professional values has the lowest score.2.Through the study of the professional identity of tennis players in Hubei team and sports schools in Hubei and Wuhan,it is found that with the improvement of the competitive level of tennis players,their comprehensive level of professional identity also improves.3.Through the study on the professional identity of tennis players in Hubei team and sports schools in Hubei and Wuhan,it is found that the comprehensive level of professional identity of tennis players increases with the increase of years of participating in sports training.4.Through the study on the professional identity of tennis players in Hubei team and sports schools in Hubei and Wuhan,it is found that different gender differences have little influence on the comprehensive level of professional identity of tennis players.5.Through the study of the professional identity of tennis players in hubei provincial team and sports schools in Hubei and Wuhan,it is found that the comprehensive level of professional identity of tennis players in professional sports teams is better than that of tennis players in amateur sports teams.6.Through the study on the professional identity of tennis players in Hubei team and sports schools in Hubei and Wuhan,it is found that the tennis players with high professional identity are stronger than those with low professional identity in professional cognition,professional emotion and professional behavior tendency.
