Research On The Training Strategy Of Leisure Sports Professionals In Guangxi Based On School-enterprise Cooperation

The sudden outbreak of the new crown epidemic in 2020 changed the production and lifestyle of the public,and the long-term home isolation made people yearn for natural scenery.With the development of the times,leisure sports have become an important part of a healthy lifestyle,and have attracted more and more scholars’ attention.With the continuous popularity of the leisure sports market,consumers’ demand for such activities continues to rise,but the current training of leisure sports talents is far from keeping up with this development trend,resulting in an imbalance between market supply and demand,which seriously hinders the development of the leisure sports industry.Under the background of building Guangxi’s "sports strong zone",Guangxi’s leisure sports consumer market has gradually expanded,and the development of leisure sports industry is facing huge opportunities and challenges,which also puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of leisure sports talents in Guangxi.Colleges and universities occupy a leading position in the training of leisure sports professionals,in order to cultivate leisure sports talents that meet the needs of society,it is necessary to build a very reasonable and perfect talent training strategy to meet the needs of students in all aspects of future employment and promote the sustainable development of Guangxi’s leisure sports industry.Taking the training strategy of leisure sports professionals in Guangxi as the research object,this paper sorts out the relevant concepts of school-enterprise cooperation and leisure sports talents,takes the OBE education concept as the theoretical basis,takes Guangxi Sports College as an example,investigates the current situation of leisure and sports professional training in Guangxi Sports College,uses the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method,and conducts research based on the national and local policy background.The results show that the degree of achievement of the training goals of this major needs to be improved,and the training direction needs to be improved.The curriculum content is single,and the proportion of school-enterprise cooperation courses is too small;There is a shortage of "dual-teacher" teachers,and it is difficult to change the roles of school-enterprise cooperative teachers;The school-enterprise cooperation training base is not perfect,and there are deviations in cooperation.Guided by market demand,update talent training goals and specifications;Guided by employment needs,set up a curriculum system;Driven by development needs,cultivate "dual-teacher" teachers;Based on the demand for ability,strengthen the construction of school-enterprise cooperation training base,put forward the training strategy of Guangxi leisure sports professionals based on school-enterprise cooperation,in order to provide assistance for the further development of leisure sports professional construction in other colleges and universities in Guangxi,so as to promote the research of leisure sports talent training in Guangxi,and ultimately promote the development of leisure sports industry in Guangxi.
