Research On The Development Of Secondary Vocational Education In Hebei Province To Narrow The Income Gap Between Urban And Rural Residents

China's economy has taken a big step forward in the past decade,but what should also be seen is that the urban-rural income gap needs to be resolved.The solution of this situation will help achieve social income equity and maintain social stability.It is of great significance for the whole people to share economic development results and achieve common prosperity.This paper studies the development of secondary vocational education in Hebei Province to narrow the income gap.By establishing a panel data model for the ratio of secondary vocational education development indicators in Hebei,Liaoning,Shandong and Fujian provinces to the residence income income of urban and rural residents,the impact of the indicators on the development of secondary vocational education shows the urban-rural income gap.By comparing the development of secondary vocational education in Hebei Province and other three provinces,it is found that there are problems in the development of secondary vocational education in Hebei Province,such as the investment in financial education for secondary vocational education in rural areas still needs to be strengthened,the channels for funding investment need to be broadened,the tuition and fees for students should be reduced,the scale of education needs to be expanded,the strength of teachers needs to be improved,and the conditions for running schools must be improved,and so on.It is suggested that Hebei Province should take advantage of the opportunities for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei to focus on raising the financial investment for secondary vocational education in rural areas,raise education funds through multiple channels,reduce the burden of students' tuition and miscellaneous fees,and expand the scale of secondary vocational education.At the same time,by improving the number and quality of secondary vocational education teachers and optimizing the resources for secondary vocational education,we will comprehensively improve the development of secondary vocational education to shrink the urban-rural income gap in Hebei Province.At the same time,it is conducive to building a comprehensive well-off society and sharing the fruits of economic development.
