Study On Influencing Factors Of Urban Residents' Income Growth In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei

Since the beijing-tianjin-hebei regional integration was proposed in 2001,the state has attached great importance to the coordinated development of the region.At the same time,the living standard of urban residents in Beijing,tianjin and hebei is improving day by day.However,with the gradual expansion of regional economic development gap,the income growth gap of urban residents is also becoming more and more obvious,which brings huge challenges to the coordinated development strategy of Beijing,tianjin and hebei.To explore the influencing factors of urban residents' income growth in the beijing-tianjin-hebei region and to provide ideas for promoting urban residents' income growth in the beijing-tianjin-hebei region and narrowing the income gap among the three regions is conducive to the implementation of the coordinated development strategy of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region.The research on the influencing factors of urban residents' income growth has been highly concerned by domestic scholars.This paper systematically reviews the research literature on the influencing factors of urban residents' income growth,and puts forward several factors,such as wage income level,economic development level,investment level,industrialization level,urbanization level,opening-up level,financial development level and fiscal policy,to explore how to influence the growth of urban residents' income.This paper introduces the characteristics of the income growth of urban residents in Beijing,tianjin and hebei and the income structure.In recent years,the proportion of property net income in three provinces and cities has increased significantly.The proportion of property net income in Beijing and tianjin is more than 10%,while that in hebei province is about 8%.However,wage income is still the main source of income growth.This paper uses principal component analysis(pca),the three provinces of beijing-tianjin-hebei's revenue growth factor has carried on the empirical analysis,the conclusion is as follows:the private institutions in cities and towns worker average wage,per capita GDP,urbanization rate,the financial intermediary de'velopment index and fiscal expenditure of beijing-tianjin-hebei urban residents per capita disposable income play a promoting effect,investment rate of tianjin and hebei urban residents disposable income play a role,to hinder the disposable income of urban residents in Beijing.The proportion of industrial added value in GDP and the dependence on foreign trade hinder the income of urban residents in Beijing,tianjin and hebei.We give some suggestions for results of this paper,including improving the economic development level of Beijing,tianjin and hebei,increasing the investment in fixed assets of tianjin and hebei,and increasing the coordinated development of the financial sector.
