The Ministry of Education released the new 2017 version of the curriculum standard for information technology in senior high schools, which clearly stipulated that the key competencies of information technology discipline is "information consciousness","computing thinking","digital learning and innovation" and "information social responsibility".The target of information technology education program is to promote students to master the key competencies of information technology discipline in the learning process.Classroom teaching is the main way to cultivate the key competencies of discipline, and teaching evaluation is an important part of teaching.Effective teaching evaluation can promote the achievement of teaching objectives. It is pointed out in the curriculum standard that the evaluation should play an important role in promoting the cultivation of the key competencies of students' subject. Therefore,it is very necessary to study how to promote the cultivation of students' key competencies of information technology subject through guiding teaching evaluation.Under the guidance of multiple intelligence theory, developmental teaching evaluation theory and solo classification evaluation theory, based on the key competencies of information technology, the psychological and learning distinguishing features of junior school students, the target task and teaching distinguishing features of junior high school information technology course, and according to the existing problems in teaching evaluation, the paper has formulated a set of evaluation strategies of junior high school information technology teaching guided by the key competencies of the subject, and has tested the effectiveness of the strategy in teaching practice. The specific strategies include: to adopt the strategies of reflecting the evaluation standards of the key competencies of the discipline,to evaluate the performance of the key competencies of the discipline of students,to comprehensively adopt the strategies of multipleevaluation methods,to synchronize teaching and evaluation, and to create a real and appropriate evaluation situation. The purpose of this set of strategies is to improve the effectiveness of teaching evaluation and the key competencies level of students in information technology. In the process of this study,a variety of research methods are used, including literature research, educational experiment and educational measurement.First of all, through literature review, this paper defines the relevant concepts applied in this study.Secondly, the teaching evaluation strategy guided by the key competencies of the subject is formulated.Thirdly, two classes with the same level in the first grade of the experimental school are selected as the experimental class and the control class. The pretest and post test model of single factor non equivalence group is used in the experiment. In the teaching experiment class, the above evaluation strategy is applied, while in the control class, the evaluation strategy is not used, only the conventional teaching evaluation is carried out. Finally, the experimental data of the core literacy of information technology subjects in two classes are analyzed to verify whether the teaching evaluation strategy proposed in this study can improve the key competencies level of information technology subjects. The experimental results show that the evaluation strategy of junior high school information technology teaching guided by the subject key competencies in the experiment is helpful to promote the cultivation of students' information technology subject key competencies, and plays a positive role in promoting junior high school students' information technology learning.
