The early childhood stage is the key period for the formation of children's self-character,and the self-evaluation ability of children in this stage is relatively weak,so the evaluation of others is an important factor affecting the formation of children's self-concept.Scientific and effective evaluation can help children to form a self-concept,which is of great significance to the healthy growth of children.In recent years,with the attention of the state,preschool education has been vigorously promoted to develop steadily.The evaluation of teachers on children has become an important part of the evaluation of kindergarten education.At present,most of the researches on the evaluation behavior of kindergarten teachers are focused on the collective teaching and one-day life of the kindergarten,and there is no special research on the evaluation behavior of teachers in the construction area of the kindergarten.This study is to understand the current our country the status quo of kindergarten teacher evaluation behavior in the construction area,summarizes the problems existing in the construction area teacher evaluation behavior and attribution analysis,finally put forward reasonable,operable Suggestions,in order to create the correct evaluation of knowledge can help teachers,make the teacher evaluation in accordance with the actual development level of young children,targeted,so as to promote the early childhood teachers to evaluate the quality of the behavior and the localization of research.The main contents of this study are as follows:Introduction: it mainly consists of three parts.The first part explains the reason of the topic.The second part is to sort out the existing domestic and foreign research on the construction area and teacher evaluation behavior.The third part is to make a specific research plan and clarify the research ideas and methods.Chapter one: Firstly,the paper summarizes the "construction area" and "teacher evaluation behavior",including the concept,characteristics and unique value of the construction area,as well as the concept,essence and characteristics of teacher evaluation behavior.Secondly,the influence of teacher evaluation on children's construction area activities is analyzed,whichmainly includes three aspects: teacher evaluation affects children's construction level,learning quality and cooperative behavior.Chapter two:Present the present situation of the investigation on the evaluation behavior of teachers in the construction area of kindergarten.Firstly,the evaluation behavior of teachers in the construction area is divided into six types: recognition,guidance,encouragement,neglect,criticism and punishment.Secondly,the paper makes a concrete analysis of the way,nature and content of teacher evaluation,and preliminarily understands the development trend of teacher evaluation behavior in the current construction area.Chapter three:A study on the evaluation behavior of teachers in construction area of kindergarten.Through the interview and observation of teachers,the author finds that the existing problems are: the frequency of teacher evaluation is not appropriate;Unreasonable evaluation method of teachers;The content of teacher evaluation is not well controlled;It is unfair for teachers to ignore children's voice and teachers' evaluation.Chapter four:The problem attribution of teacher evaluation behavior in kindergarten construction area.In view of the existing problems of teacher evaluation behavior in the construction area,the author mainly analyzes the attribution from three aspects: preschool teachers,kindergarten,parents and society.Chapter five: The improvement strategy of teacher evaluation behavior in kindergarten construction area.On the basis of analyzing the specific causes of the existing problems of teacher evaluation in the current construction area,the author mainly improves the professional quality of preschool teachers.To strengthen the support of kindergarten and enhance the effectiveness of teacher evaluation;In order to better improve the evaluation ability of preschool teachers and promote the comprehensive development of children,Suggestions are put forward from the three aspects of positive cooperation between parents and the society.
