Research On The Relationship Between Kindergarten Teachers' Job Burnout And Their Motivational Evaluation Behaviors

Studies have shown that kindergarten teachers have more obvious job burnout.The problem that this study hopes to find are:If preschool teachers have burnout,will it affect their children's incentive evaluation behaviors?And the differences in the levels of teacher's job burnout that also will make them have differences in the evaluation behavior s of young children?And related research is rare.in this study,285 preschool teachers from 25 kindergartens in Guangzhou,Zhongshan,Shenzhen,Shanghai,and Puyang were selected as research objects.As the additional method,unstructured telephone interviews were conducted with 50 teachers with different levels of job burnout to understand the concepts,emotions,attitudes,ideas,and information behind the relationship between teacher burnout and incentive evaluation behaviors.The following four aspects are analyzed and studied: the status of preschool teachers' job burnout;the status of preschool teachers' incentive evaluation behaviors;the correlation between preschool teachers' job burnout and their incentive evaluation behaviors,and the differences in incentive evaluation behaviors of different levels of burnout teachers.The study found that(1)The overall job burnout of preschool teachers is not high,in which the teachers with emotional exhaustion have the highest degree of job burnout,followed by teachers with low achievement,and finally teachers who are depersonalized.there are significant differences in the level of “emotional exhaustion” between kindergarten teachers of different institutions and teachers of different grades.(2)Preschool teachers believe that their usual use of incentive evaluation behaviors for young children is in a good position and attitude is very agreeable.Preschool teachers' performance in the “specific affirmation” of incentive evaluation behavior is better than “resolving” evaluation behavior.teachers of different institutions and teachers of different grades have significant differences in the evaluation behaviors of “resolving”.(3)Teachers' job burnout is negatively correlated with their incentive evaluation behaviors.(4)Teachers with a high degree of emotional exhaustion performed poorly in incentive evaluation behaviors,the preschool teachers with lower emotional exhaustion have a better level of incentive evaluationbehaviors.(5)Highly personalized teachers have performed poorly in incentive evaluation behaviors,the preschool teachers with lower emotional exhaustion have a better level of incentive evaluation behaviors.(6)Teachers with a high degree of low achievement have performed poorly in incentive evaluation behaviors,the low-achieving preschool teachers have a good level of incentive evaluation behaviors.The study is discussed in the following five aspects:the overall problem of preschool teachers' job burnout,incentive evaluation behaviors of preschool teachers on young children,the emotional exhaustion of preschool teachers is negatively related to their Incentive evaluation behaviors,the depersonalization of preschool teachers is negatively related to their Incentive evaluation behaviors.,and the low sense of accomplishment of preschool teachers is negatively correlated with their Incentive evaluation behaviors.And according to the status of the relationship between preschool teachers' job burnout and incentive evaluation,relevant educational suggestions are put forward.Based on the shortcomings of this study,research suggestions are proposed.
