characteristics.People need to have new knowledge and skills to adapt to the development and changes of society.Under this background,education,as an important way to cultivate talents,must cultivate talents with career planning awareness and ability and comprehensive development with the concept of sustainable development."China's education modernization 2035" puts forward eight basic concepts of Education Modernization: pay more attention to morality first,pay more attention to all-round development,pay more attention to everyone,pay more attention to lifelong learning,pay more attention to individualized teaching,pay more attention to the unity of knowledge and practice,pay more attention to integrated development,pay more attention to co construction and sharing.School career education is a bridge connecting school education and social life,and an important carrier to cultivate students' unity of knowledge and practice,and to realize lifelong development and all-round development.The promulgation of the new college entrance examination policy gives high school students more independent choice,and also puts forward higher requirements for career education in high school.Career education is an organic part of high school education,and it is also the best response to people-oriented education value and life-long education concept.China's career education started late,and more is to learn from the experience of developed countries in Europe and the United States,in the field of career education theory research localization research is insufficient,in the specific implementation process of high school career education exposed scientific,systematic,effectiveness is not good.This study focuses on the career education in senior high school,combining the experience of career education in developed countries with the reality of our country,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the future theoretical research and the implementation of career education in senior high school.At the same time,this study can further deepen the understanding of career education from all walks of life,and it has practical significance for high school to carry out career education more scientifically and effectively.In this study,eight senior high schools in Shandong Province were selected to investigateIVthe current situation of senior high school career education in Shandong Province.1200 questionnaires were sent out to investigate the current situation of senior high school career education in terms of the opening situation of career education in senior high school,the understanding situation of career education value,teachers' strength,career education content,implementation way,organization and management,students' career education demand,and social support There were 1031 valid questionnaires,13 teachers and 17 students interviewed.(1)At present,the career education of senior high school in Shandong Province has started.Eight senior high schools have carried out career education activities in different forms,one of which has set up career education courses systematically,while the other seven schools mainly infiltrate career education in daily education and teaching.The orientation of career education in different schools is diversified,and the level of development is also different.(2)68.9% of senior high school teachers and 70.7% of senior high school students think it is necessary to carry out career education in senior high school.Senior high school teachers fully recognize the value of career education,and senior high school students strongly call for career guidance.But generally speaking,senior high school teachers and students are not satisfied with the current high school career education effect.70.5% of senior high school teachers think that the current high school career education effect is average.(3)There are no full-time career education teachers in the eight schools investigated.The main staff engaged in career education are class teachers and psychological teachers.52.46% of the teachers reported that the school only occasionally carried out career education special training.Therefore,the strength of career education teachers in high school is weak and the path of professional development is narrow.53.7% of senior high school students hope to develop career education by career education teachers.At present,career education teachers can not meet the needs of senior high school students.(4)In terms of the content of career education,the average scores of self exploration,entrance exploration,career exploration,career orientation and planning,and career preparation of high school students are all above 3 points,among which the highest score of entrance exploration indicates that high school students have the most strong demand for entranceguidance.(5)At present,the implementation of career education in senior high school is mainly through individual consultation and guidance and thematic class meeting,accounting for 31.6%and 23.1% respectively,and only 0.8% of career education practice activities.The survey results show that the most expected form of career education for senior high school students is social practice activities and career experience activities.Therefore,at present,the career education approach of senior high school is single and can not meet the needs of students.(6)None of the eight schools surveyed has established a career education evaluation mechanism,and there are incomplete problems in organizational structure and system construction.45.9% of the teachers reflect that the school career education work system is relatively vague,which seriously restricts the implementation and improvement of career education.There are many reasons for the problems of senior high school career education,mainly lie in the current utilitarian values of the value of senior high school career education,at the same time,the lack of overall planning and formalization of senior high school career education,the double dilemma system of "quality" and "quantity" in the construction of teaching staff,which has restricted the quality of the implementation of senior high school career education,and the lack of current evaluation mechanism of senior high school career education The safeguard mechanism is not perfect.In view of the problems existing in the current implementation of senior high school career education,effective measures should be taken,mainly including: first,to promote the value of senior high school career education from utilitarian to humanistic;second,to strengthen the top-level design,and systematically design the target language content of senior high school career education;third,to standardize the implementation path,ensure the normalization of school career education,and finally,to form a joint force of education,Improve the guarantee mechanism of senior high school career education.
