With the continuous improvement of living standards, exercise gradually occupied most of the spare time, physical exercise can help people plastic weight loss, promote bone growth and development, regular exercise can also maintain a young state, prevent aging, eliminate toxins in the body. However, the human body will produce a large number of free radicals called free radicals,an unsaturated electronic substance, out of control, free radicals will attack the cell membrane and serum anti-protease reaction, weaken cell resistance, disrupt cytochemicals to prevent the normal development of cells, causing harm to the body.To protect your health from damage during continuous exercise Holding the balance of free radical production and scavenging in the body, the body needs to supplement the necessary substances to improve the body's ability to resist free radicals.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in our country, and it has been proved by many scholars that traditional Chinese medicine is a kind of green and natural substance, which is safe and effective, and has little side effect on human body.Dendrobium candidum is one of the most effective ones in more than 70 kinds of Dendrobium in China.According to the literature, the main pharmacodynamic components of Dendrobium plant are polysaccharides, alkaloids, polyphenols, glycosides and amino acids. It has good anti-tumor,anti-oxidation and enhancing immunity. Objective: In this study,Dendrobium candidum to intervene mice with different exercise load. The expression of related antioxidant enzymes in skeletal muscle of mice with different training amount and the content of propanedione with lipid peroxidation were measured at intervals of two weeks to understand the effect of Dendrobium candidum polysaccharide on the expression of related antioxidant genes in skeletal muscle of mice with different load.Based on this, the effects of Dendrobium candidum polysaccharides on lipid peroxidation were investigated, which provided an effective method for maintaining health and improving exercise ability. Methods:The experiment was selected from the animal experimental center of shandong university, with 96 male kunming mice aged eight weeks and weight(30±3)g.mice were fed in cages,8 per cage, fed with rodent-specific feed, free diet, drinking water.Holding room temperature at 22±2°C,relative humidity 40%-60%,natural light, changing bedding once a day, weighing the mouse weight once a week. The animal feeding and sampling materials were carried out in the animal laboratory of the College of Physical Education of Shandong Normal University. The random number table was randomly divided into four groups:physiological saline group, polysaccharide group, physiological saline movement group, polysaccharide movement group.of which 24 were ineach group,on which basis each group was re-examined Divided into:two weeks group, four weeks group, six weeks group, each group of 8.The newly purchased mice were first fed adaptively for a week. Before the formal experiment, the mice did not carry weight to adapt to swimming for 1 week.Swimming 6 days a week during formal training, taking a day off and swimming once a day.The first week starts at 10 minutes and the weekend increases to 30 minutes.Weeks 2 through 6increase by 30 minutes per week.Exercise conditions: the water depth of the mice was about 3 times, and the water temperature was 30°C ±2°C.After the mice exercise, wipe with a dry towel, then dry with a hair dryer, put in the cage rest. The mice were rested for one day after training at2.4.6(48 hours after actual exercise)Randomly selected 8 only quadriceps femoris, collected blood and isolated serum, determined SOD,GSH-PX in quadriceps femoris, index of MDA in serum, collected data using SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. The processed data were expressed as mean plus or minus standard deviation, normal saline group, polysaccharide group, physiological saline movement group, polysaccharide movement group, and the data were treated with univariate variance analysis(ANOVA).Research results:(1)SOD:During the second week, there was a significant difference between the polysaccharide group and the normal salineexercise group(P <0.05),the SOD value increased, and the normal saline group and the normal saline exercise group also had a significant difference(P <0.05),and the SOD value increased. When compared in the fourth week, there were obvious differences between the polysaccharide group and the polysaccharide movement group(P <0.05),the SOD value increased, and the physiological saline group and the polysaccharide movement group(P <0.05),and the SOD value increased. There was no significant difference between the four groups when compared in the sixth week.In the polysaccharide group, the difference between the second week and the fourth week was significant(P <0.01),and the SOD value was increased. In the saline group, the difference between the second week and the fourth week was very significant(P <0.01).In the exercise group,it was found that there was a significant difference between the second week and the fourth week(P <0.01),and the SOD value was increased, compared with the sixth week, there was a significant difference between the four weeks(P <0.05),and the SOD value was decreased.Exercise group It was found that there was a significant difference between the second week and the fourth week(P <0.01),and the SOD value increased significantly between the two weeks and the sixth week(P <0.05).(2)GSH-PX:No significant difference was found betweenpolysaccharide group, normal saline group, normal saline group and polysaccharide group. When compared in the fourth week, there were very significant differences between the polysaccharide group and the polysaccharide movement group(P <0.01),the GSH-PX value increased, and the physiological saline group and the polysaccharide movement group were very significant differences(P <0.01).Comparison between weeks of the same group: Polysaccharide There was a significant difference between the second and fourth weeks of exercise group(P <0.01),and the value of GSH-PX increased.(3)MDA:When compared in the fourth week, there was a significant difference between the polysaccharide group and the normal saline group(P <0.05),and the MDA value increased;the polysaccharide group and the normal saline movement group were significantly different(P <0.05),and the MDA value increased. At the time of the sixth week, there were significant differences between the polysaccharide group and the normal saline group(P <0.05),and the MDA increased;the polysaccharide group and the normal saline movement group were very significant(P <0.01),and the MDA increased(P <0.05).Polysaccharide group, physiological saline group, physiological saline group There was no significant difference in the second, fourth and sixth weeks between the exercise groups. There was a significant difference between the second week and the fourth week(P <0.05)whenthe exercise group was compared, the value of MDA decreased, but no significant difference was found in the other weeks. Conclusion:Dendrobium candidum polysaccharide can effectively increase the content of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in the quadriceps muscle of mice during exercise, improve the antioxidant capacity, delay aging and enhance the exercise ability.Dendrobium candidum polysaccharides have a certain effect on body recovery after exercise, but as the amount of exercise increases gradually, this effect becomes less obvious.
