With the comprehensively promoting of the quality education and the constantly deepening of the curriculum reform, the school curriculum consciousness has been greatly increased, and the new curriculum system of Elementary Education (national curriculum, local curriculum and school-based curriculum) has also been gradually established. The school has certain autonomy in the curriculum decision-making, curriculum development, curriculum implementation and evaluation of the course. So, it can provide assistance for the teachers to turn their curriculum consciousness to curriculum behavior, and can creatively create conditions to implement the new curriculum. This research is committed to sort out the teachers’intension and tries to construct the evaluation index system of the teachers’curriculum behavior.In terms of the research perspective, this study divides the teachers’curriculum behavior into three dimensions, which involves execution behavior of national course and participation in the local course and school curriculum development and practice.In the research method respect, this research widely uses literature analysis, scale and measurement, project analysis, reliability, validity analysis, factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), etc, aiming to develop a set of practical teachers practical curriculum behavior standard system by means of the quantitative method of science.On the research content, this course focuses on teachers’behavior of evaluation index of index weight and the establishment of the screening process. Firstly, the questionnaire about teachers’curriculum behavior evaluation was conducted on a large scale, based on the statistical data of item analysis of the SPSS13.0statistics software and factor analysis from project "selection evaluation index. Then take advantage of the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to calculate the weight of each index, definitely on the basis of the preparation of teachers’curriculum evaluation index of relative importance of the questionnaire.The conclusions are as follows:First, it is a teacher’s curriculum behavior can be qualified as having a certain ability of teachers in curriculum course, under the control of consciousness, by using the corresponding curriculum power, according to state, local and school level3course in school courses in different distribution proportion, and in accordance with the combination of its own stage of education, the corresponding guidance in curriculum requirements and the sum of a series of activities of the curriculum; second is a completing curriculum behavior of the construction of the index system. The index system consists of three first-class indexes, which involving six second-level indexes and the level two indexes consists of twenty-seven indicators in level three. Among them, the levels of the weights of the indexes are:implementation of the national curriculum (65%), participation in local curriculum (13%) and school curriculum development and Practice (22%). In the end, there are some suggestions put forward for the implementation of the teachers’ curriculum behavior evaluation Index System and the related subsequent research.
