Research On Psychological Pressure And Coping Strategies Of Basketball Referees In Shandong Province

Basketball is accompanied by a variety of complex and difficult techniques and the flexible use of concealed techniques and tactics.It also places higher demands on the referees' law enforcement level.However,some basketball referees may not understand the basic rules of basketball thoroughly,the gestures cannot be timely and accurately when ruling,there are problems such as lack of self-confidence,it is easy to cause psychological stress and seriously affect the ruling of basketball games.While discussing the sources of psychological pressure for referees on the spot,a series of methods and measures aimed at coping with psychological pressure were also proposed.This research is based on Liu Xiongjun's and other entries in the "Research on Basketball Referees' Pressure Sources of Different Ages" in the "Basketball Referees' Pressure Sources Scale".This questionnaire is used to formulate the Shandong referees' psychological pressure source questionnaire on the spot.Tool for measurement.At the same time combined with literature combing,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other research methods,researching the characteristics of psychological stress of referees of different genders,ages,years of ruling,and referee grades,draw the following conclusions:1.Shandong Province The general characteristics of psychological pressure of basketball referees are the psychological pressure caused by the team's resistance and important games >Personal injury caused by the dispute of punishment > On-the-spot disputes caused by law enforcement errors > Psychological pressure caused by technical fouls and cooperative law enforcement > Because of external surveillance Physical injury.2.The overall pressure of male referees is higher than that of female referees,which indicates that the overall pressure of male referees is significantly higher than that of female referees.3.The psychological pressure of on-the-spot ruling of basketball referees in Shandong Province tends to decrease with age;the longer the ruling period of basketball referees,the less psychological pressure on on-site ruling.4.In terms of overall psychological pressure,the psychological pressure of basketball referees of different ranks is significantly different.It is manifested that the psychological pressure of second-level referees on the spot is greater than that of first-level referees and national referees,and that the first-level referees are greater than the state Referee.Finally,put forward several specific suggestions: To overcome the psychological pressure of on-the-spot ruling,basketball referees must have a solid theoretical knowledge of the rules of the basketball game,improve their psychological quality,strengthen their self-confidence in law enforcement,and be as free from interference from external factors as possible.Maintain the authority of referees,develop good eating and sleeping habits,and develop a training plan for physical function.
