In this critical period,our new concepts of physical education must satisfy the modern education requirements because the teenagers are the pillars of society.Nowadays,aerobics has become one of the main courses of school physical education in China.It is also closely connected with P.E.classes and various sports activities in schools,which is more and more popular among young students.With the continuous penetration of music to aerobics,the combination of music rhythm and movement rhythm can make the performance of aerobics reach the best level for the completion quality.However,in years of practical teaching,teachers are used to paying attention to the techniques and physical fitness instead of the students' sense of rhythm.The demonstration of the "health" and "beauty" is still lacking.The training of aerobics rhythm is exactly an important part of improving the complete aerobics quality.In this paper,the effect of aerobics rhythmic intensive training of middle school students is taken as the research object.Sixty junior high school girls from Huantai Experimental Middle School are taken as the experimental objects.Statistical methods and other methods were used to conduct 12-week experimental teaching research on experimental subjects,and the experimental comparison between the rhythm-enhanced teaching method and the traditional teaching method reached the following conclusions:1.Before the experiment,the basic situation of students,musical rhythm sense,and the aerobics exercise completion quality are compared,it can be seen that there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.2.After the experiment,students were tested with metronomes to correctly recognize the time of the beat.Compared with the test results,the experimental group performed better than the control group,which has a significant difference.It can be concluded that it is helpful in the improvement of the student's rhythm after 12 weeks of intensive training in the middle school aerobics course.3.After the experiment,the test results of the prescribed action-level approach of the students in Guangdong Province showed that both groups improved,but there was significant differences as the experimental group performed better than the control group.Judging from the various indicators,the average scores of the experimental group in the six sets of accuracy,movement range,movement intensity,physical coordination,movement and music,movement performance and beauty were higher than those of the control group,which had significant difference.The average scores of proficiency in movement and physical control were also higher than those of the control group,but the differences were not significant.The assessment scores in all aspects of the control group were improved compared with those before the experiment,but the 8 indicators were not significantly different.It shows that strengthening the rhythmic training is helpful for middle school student to understand and master the complete display of the aerobics.4.In the traditional teaching,teachers will let students practice the whole movement with complete music after mastering it without music accompaniment.The experimental group conducted teaching experiments through language,music,combination between hearing and action,students' self-language cues,music and quality exercises,and games to strengthen the sense of rhythm.The experiments proves that intensive training of the sense of rhythm integrated into the aerobics teaching in middle schools was effective to cultivate students' ability in perceiving music beats and improving the complete movements quality.5.In the teaching process of the experimental group students,incorporate some rhythm strengthening methods of music and games,so that the students are infected by the rhythm of music,and keep the spirit full and excited when learning and practicing,so as to achieve better effects of sports and appreciation of music The experimental group was more active than the control group in class atmosphere,and the cultivation of sentiment became a reality,achieving the best learning effect.
