Body Rhythm is a comprehensive teaching system that integrates music, emotion and body.It is recognized as one of the most effective and innovative music education methods. It uses the body as an instrument and rhythm as a means to release the inner emotions by experiencing the changing rhythm of music. For aerobics students, various special ability directly affect their technical level. This paper integrates body rhythm teaching into aerobics classroom teaching practice, and designs the content, methods and steps of aerobics body rhythm teaching by means of literature method, expert interview method, teaching experiment method, mathematical statistics method, etc. The comparative analysis of the effects of traditional aerobics teaching aims to enrich the teaching content and methods of combining aerobics with sports and art,so as to cultivate the development of students’ rhythm perception, coordination and other special ability. The results show:1.The concept of aerobics body rhythm teaching comes from the rhythm perception instinct, musical emotional experience, practice prior to theory, auditory kinesthetic communication, and the characteristics of aerobics items. Its basic principles and mechanisms are divided into four aspects: music awakening and rhythm perception, simple movement and music coupling, complex expression of body vocabulary,multi-sensory fusion and scene display.2.The teaching objectives of aerobics body rhythm are constructed from the three aspects of cognition, skill and emotion, which provide guidance for teaching development and design.Nine teaching methods are designed around the four aspects of auditory, visual, kinesthetic, and synthesis, which are conducive to broadening the teaching methods, achieving good teaching results, and cultivating the development of students’ comprehensive abilities. Its teaching can be divided into four stages: rhythm experience, simple rhythm learning, complex rhythm exploration,multi-voice and layering.3.The number of people with the correct "rhythm entry" in the experimental group is higher than that in the control group, and the indicators and total scores of "rhythm imitation" are also significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05),among which the "rhythm recognition" is The difference in the detailed index is very significant(P<0.01),indicating that in the training of rhythm perception, aerobics body and rhythm teaching is better than traditional aerobics teaching.4.In terms of "music application ability",there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Among the five refined indexes, the sound, rhythm, music memory, and overall musical talent are all higher than those of the control group. But there is no apparent change in the two groups in music concentration. It indicates that aerobics body rhythm teaching can effectively improve the students’ overall application ability of music, and the music concentration still needs to be improved scientifically.5.During the process of experiment, the hand and foot coordination ability of two groups has improved, but the overall improvement of the experimental group is better than that of the control group. It indicates that the traditional aerobics teaching also has a certain effect in improving the hand and foot coordination ability, but within a period of time, aerobics body rhythm is more obvious.6.The experiment shows that there is a significant difference between the two groups of students in the index of improvisation performance(P<0.05),indicating that aerobics body rhythm teaching and traditional aerobics teaching have a certain effect on the cultivation of improvisational ability. However, the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.7.There is no significant difference in the total scores of aerobics skills between the two groups of students(P>0.05),but the scores of the experimental group are significantly higher than those of the control group. In addition there are differences in the two indicators of coordination of movement and music, expressiveness and appeal obviously(P<0.05),it shows that aerobics body rhythm teaching can effectively strengthen the students’ sense of rhythm and expressiveness, but due to the limited experimental time, there is no significant difference in the total score.
