High-level Scientific And Technological Talent Evaluation And Research Team Mining Research

This paper targets China's high-level agricultural science and technology talents,conducts comprehensive and multi-level evaluation and measurement,and provides objective data support and decision-making reference for the introduction and selection of talents and the construction and management of talents in relevant agricultural universities and research institutes.It is conducive to the development and specification of evaluation,selection and management of agricultural science and technology personnel.First of all,the selected high-level agricultural science and technology talents are evaluated,and various evaluation methods are obtained through various strategies and methods,constituting a total of 44 evaluation indicators.Based on these evaluation indicators,an index evaluation system was established and descriptive analysis and evaluation were conducted on the four aspects of academic productivity,influence,lead,and practicality.Using the rank-sum ratio method and principal component analysis method,the data of journals,patents,monographs,awards,etc.of various scholars were processed and analyzed.The results of the hierarchical classification of the rank sum ratio method were used,and subjects of science and technology in various fields were subject to disciplines.Internal evaluation,using factor analysis to comprehensively evaluate the academic performance of agricultural science and technology personnel.Then the results obtained by the two methods are compared with the existing ones for consistency and difference,and the comprehensive evaluation results are analyzed.Not only has it been evaluated on academic achievements,it has also learned the academic preferences of high-level agricultural science and technology talents in China.Based on the score results of the comprehensive evaluation method of factor analysis,the top ranked scholars were selected as research objects.Through the construction of a weighted co-operative network model for the core agricultural science and technology talents,the research teams of various scholars were initially discovered and research teams were established.In order to strengthen the development of potential agricultural science and technology talents,we have tapped potential talents in science and technology.
