With the rapid development of modern society,the rapid development of science and technology and the gradual improvement of people's living conditions,people's lifestyle and environment have undergone earth-shaking changes.For example,the popularity of private cars has made travel faster and electronic products updated.The replacement makes people's leisure life more abundant.What we consider to be a "quality of life" is gradually improving,but our physical health problems are becoming increasingly prominent.The value of physical exercise in fitness,mental health and improving the quality of individual life has always been respected and recognized by people.According to the college student's physical and health monitoring report,it is known that obesity,high detection rate of poor vision,and weak concept of "lifelong sports".The regular physical exercise rate of college students is only between 21% and 48%.Previous studies have shown that the occurrence and change of individual behaviors are not caused by a single factor,but including the results of the individual's existing cognition,the support of others,or the situation.However,many previous studies on exercise behavior have not fully considered the comprehensive role of situation as a factor in the occurrence and maintenance of individual exercise behavior,and this element of exercise situation has rarely been included in the experimental intervention of exercise behavior by scholars.In the study,therefore,further research is needed to explain the mechanism of exercise behavior.Based on this,literature methods,questionnaire surveys,mathematical statistics,and experimental methods are used to conduct an experimental study on 156 students at Zhengzhou University to investigate the effects of different exercise scenarios on college students 'exercise behaviors,with a view to promoting college students' exercise Provide theoretical guidance.The results show that:1.In the exercise behavior of college students,the exercise time dimension is worth 3.24,the exercise frequency dimension is worth 3.21,the exercise intensity is worth 2.61,and the exercise amount is worth 24.06.2.The difference in the scores of exercise time,exercise intensity and amount of exercise of college students of different genders and majors reached a significant level at 0.001 level,while the difference in scores of exercise frequency did not reach significant;The difference in the scores of exercise time,exercise intensity and amount of exercise of college students of different grades reached a significant level at 0.001 level,and the difference in scores of exercise frequency reached a significant level at 0.05 level;Differences in the scores of exercise time,exercise frequency,exercise intensity,and exercise amount of college students of different birth places,whether they have only children,or whether they are single parent families have not reached significant differences.3.Before the experimental intervention,the students in the control group and the experimental group showed no significant difference in exercise time,exercise frequency,exercise intensity,and amount of exercise(P>0.05).After the experiment,the control group and the experimental group 1,the experimental group 2,the experimental 3 group and the experimental group 4 showed significant differences in exercise time,exercise frequency and amount of exercise(P<0.05),but no significant differences in exercise intensity(P>0.05).Among them,the experiment 1 group,that is,the form of collective exercise and the exercise situation of applying cognitive intervention to improve college students' exercise time,exercise frequency and exercise volume.4.The average scores of exercise time,exercise frequency and exercise amount of the experimental groups before and after the experiment have increased significantly,and the difference between the experimental groups before and after the experiment reached a significant level above 0.05(P<0.05).This study draws the following conclusions:1.College students' participation in physical exercise is low,and the level of physical activity needs to be further improved.Different demographic variables have an impact on college students' exercise behavior.2.Teaching experiment interventions with different exercise situations have a significant effect on the improvement of college students' exercise behaviors,which is mainly manifested in exercise time,exercise frequency and exercise volume,and the effect of exercise intensity intervention is not obvious.Among them,the group exercise mode and the cognitive intervention exercise scenario have the best effect on improving college students' exercise behavior;Teaching experiments of different exercise situations can effectively improve the exercise behavior of college students of different genders,and the improvement effect of exercise behavior of boys is significantly better than that of girls.3.Strategies to promote college students' sports participation include: sports teachers strengthen professional skills and subject knowledge,improve teaching ability;create a rich and diverse teaching model,promote students' "body" and "heart" input;focus on differences and meet the needs of the combination,optimization Exercise participation atmosphere.
