However, to generate and maintain stable mental and physical benefits, you have to achieve it by means of long-term and regular physical training. Yet, most people are intend to exercise but lack of exercise in real life because the good intention does not always turn into action and intention is different from action. In order to promote higher vocational college students who have exercise intention but lack of exercise to truly participate in and stick to exercise, the research is based on HAPA, using self-efficacy (subjective factor) and society support (objective condition) as the two manipulated variables, to experiment with higher vocational college students who have exercise intention but lack of exercise and examine the two intervening variables if they can promote their physical training as well as compare with the intervention effect of the two factors, to promote higher vocational college students participate in exercise and health condition for reference. The study results showed that:(1) vocational college students physical exercise behavior change stage distribution was shaped like an inverted "U" the trend is high in the middle and low in the to sides of the U. the proportion of intention takes the largest part of the total(total67.22%); From grade and gender differences, we can see the stages of exercise behavior change trends also show an inverted U-shaped curve, it means the majority of students who are participate in exercise is obviously insufficient.(2)the self-efficacy intervention group’s attitude score quite different from start to finish; posttest differences were significant in the control experiment with control group. In ways of exercise, self-efficacy intervention group was a significant difference from start to end; After test between the self-efficacy intervention group and control group the difference was highly significant. That self-efficacy can promote college student who only has exercise intention and no exercise behavior to have a positive attitude towards exercise and actual exercise behavior.(3) The social support group intervention scored quite differently before and after the experiment; it has a significant difference in dimensionality from the control group; Between exercise and society support group the dimensionality is quite significant; it has a obvious difference in dimensionality of exercise from the control group. That social support can promote the students who "intent to exercise but without any exercise behavior" to have ja positive attitude towards exercise and actual exercise behavior.(4) The effect of the intervention of the two experimental groups lead the conclusion that:the change of attitude on the exercise of the two groups do not have significant difference under the intervention; it also happened in exercise augment, which overturn the original assumptions. It means internal factors to self-efficacy and external conditions to social support for the "just intention and no behavior students" makes no difference in promoting exercise, it also shows that as long as the intervention can be effective, it can promotes vocational students to join the exercise. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | vocational college students, exercise intention, self-efficacy, social support, intervention | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
