With the progress of social civilization and the development of science and technology,people's living standards and qualities have been improved.Science and technology bring convenience to people's life,but at the same time,more and more people lack physical activities,which leads to a series of diseases caused by lack of physical activities,and that making most people have health risks.As a senior talent in the country,college students are very important for the future development of our country.Their physical and mental health has been concerned by many scholars.However,many studies have pointed out that college students' participation in physical exercise was not optimistic,especially in the aspect of adhering to physical exercise,sports withdrawal behavior was gradually intensified.The future of the country shouldered by college students,their estrangement from sports,was not conducive to the health of the main body of the labor force in our country,nor to the long-term development of our country.Whether the national fitness plan of our country could form a good situation and sustainable development,to a large extent,depends on whether the individuals participating in physical exercise can exercise for a long time.At present,the theory of exercise behavior change and intervention had become a research hotspot in the aspect of exercise behavior promotion.The theoretical model of exercise behavior ecology points out that exercise behavior was the result of the interaction of environmental situation,physical and psychological factors,which provides a new way to effectively promote the long-term maintenance of exercise behavior of college students.In order to explore the persistence of College Students' exercise behavior,this study first designed a measurement tool of College Students' Exercise Behavior Persistence by consulting relevant literature and based on the ecological model and expert survey,then conducted a questionnaire survey on 200 college students in Zhengzhou to test the reliability and validity of the measurement tool designed,and then conducted a questionnaire survey on 500 college students in Zhengzhou to explore the purpose Based on the characteristics of the former college students' exercise behavior persistence,combined with the ecological model and theresearch results,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the college students' exercise behavior persistence.Through the implementation of the research design,the following results are obtained in this study:(1)the scale of College Students' exercise behavior persistence consists of 45 items in four dimensions: belief and attitude,self commitment,self-efficacy and self-efficacy.(2)The students in Zhengzhou which the total scores of exercise self-commitment,exercise self-efficacy,exercise self-attitude and exercise persistence of college students were significantly different in gender(P < 0.05),while the difference of exercise self-efficacy was not significant in gender(P > 0.05).The total scores of exercise self-efficacy,exercise self-efficacy,exercise self-attitude and exercise persistence of college students were significantly different in grade(P <0.05),while the difference of exercise self-commitment was not significant in grade(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in the total scores of exercise adherence to self-commitment,exercise adherence to self-efficacy and exercise adherence(P < 0.05),but there were no significant differences in exercise adherence to self-efficacy and exercise adherence to self-attitude.There are differences in the four dimensions of exercise behavior persistence and the total score of exercise persistence among college students with or without fixed partners,but different fixed exercise partners have different effects on their exercise behavior persistence.There were significant differences in the self-efficacy,attitude and behavior of college students in different majors(P < 0.05),but there was no difference in the self-efficacy of college students in different majors(P > 0.05).There were differences in exercise self-efficacy,exercise self-efficacy and exercise self-attitude among college students with different family addresses(P < 0.05),but there were no differences in total scores of exercise self-commitment and exercise behavior persistence among college students with different family addresses(P > 0.05).Based on the results of the study,this study considers that:(1)The scale has good reliability and validity,which is suitable for college students.(2)There are differences in different demographic variables in college students' exercise behavior persistence.Boys' exercise persistence is higher than girls',postgraduates' exercise behavior persistence is higher than undergraduates of four grades,and undergraduates with fixed exercise partners have higher exercise persistence than undergraduates without exercise partners.According to the characteristics of College Students' exercise persistence,the study considers that it is necessary to consider No From the same point of view,from the social level,school level and family level,as well as the demographic characteristics and psychological level of individuals,in order to achieve the effect of one plus one more than two,and better improve the physical and mental health of college students.
