| Education is the foundation of a century-long plan and teachers are the foundation of education.To make the country prosperous,it is the first step to strengthen the construction of a contingent of teachers comprehensively.It has become a major political task and fundamental livelihood project for China to accelerate the modernization of education and make China a strong country in education to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In 2018,the CPC central committee and the state council promulgated and implemented the opinions on deepening the reform of teacher troop comprehensively in the new era.This is the first time that the central committee of the communist party of China and the state council have issued an important education policy on a series of issues concerning the reform of teacher troop,which reflects the great importance that the state attaches to the work of teachers in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The teacher troop is the premise of the existence and development of education,and its overall level of the teacher troop determines the development of education.Although there are many aspects of the construction of teacher troop,the structure of it is the basic of the foundation,and full-time teachers in junior high school are the core of the junior high school teachers' troop.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze and optimize the structure of full-time teachers in junior high school to deepen the educational reform,promoting the educational process and improving the quality of education.Based on the education statistical data(2000-2018)of the Ministry of education of China,this paper comprehensively uses the research methods of literature research,statistical analysis and comparative research to compare the relevant data of full-time teachers in junior high school,which is in six dimensions across the country,including the ratio structure of student and teacher,age,gender,professional title,educational background and discipline.Comparing the world economic cooperation to the development organization(OECD)related data,it strives to objectively,comprehensively and systematically understand and analyze the evolution characteristics and the development trend of junior high school full-time teachers in China since entering the 21 st century,as well as examine the construction of junior high school full-time teachers in China.It finds that although the junior high school full-time teachers have made a series of achievements,there are still many problemssuch as large provincial differences,the increasing of gender structure imbalance,and the obvious trend of feminization;the decreasing proportion of young teachers year by year,and the hidden faults in the construction of junior high school full-time teachers;the lager gap between urban and rural senior professional titles,and the limited promotion of intermediate professional titles;the unbalanced education structure and discipline structure in urban and rural areas.That's why the balanced development of education has a long way to go.The reasons are low treatment of teachers,high occupational pressure,low happiness index,solidified by gender roles,low professional identity of male teachers.All these reasons lead to the weak professional attraction of full-time junior high school teachers,especially the economic differences between provinces,cities and villages.The imperfection of policies related to the qualification,training,management and development of full-time junior high school teachers,aggravates the imbalanced structure of full-time junior high school teachers.Therefore,from the perspective of economy,society and policy,this paper puts forward to increasing the investment of the government and improving the treatment of teachers while giving full play to the role of normal schools,such as the balanced ratio of men and women from the source,innovation of the policy of selecting men teachers,and optimizations the structure of disciplines and specialties to promote supply-side reform in education.Finally,realize the integration of pre-service and post-service education and standardize teacher career development education,improving the level of educational informatization,and promoting the balanced development of education.Thus,strive to promote the overall structure and level of full-time teachers in junior high school. |
