To make a country stronger,we must put education in the first place.Teachers are the key to accelerating the modernization of education,building China into a country rich in education resources and making education satisfactory to the people.Teachers are the foundation of education,the source of education,and the key factor for the healthy and stable development of schools.Schools must put the construction of teachers in the most important position.As a bridge between primary education and higher education,regular senior secondary schools education plays a key role in the education system and undertakes the important task of mass education and elite education.Whether the structure of full-time teachers is reasonable or not is directly related to the quality of education in ordinary senior high schools.Countries all over the world attach great importance to the development of regular senior secondary schools education,pay attention to the improvement of the quality of regular senior secondary schools education,and pay more attention to the construction of regular senior secondary schools teachers.China has put the construction of teachers in a strategic position for many times,and the construction of teachers in regular senior secondary schools has also made some achievements.However,with the continuous advancement of the construction of teachers,the structural contradictions of teachers are gradually exposed.In order to solve the structural contradictions of teachers,it is necessary to understand the evolution characteristics of the structure of teachers,grasp the evolution rules,and look for optimization strategies.This study education statistics by the Ministry of Education(2001-2020)as the foundation,the integrated use of literature research,statistical analysis and comparative research methods,such as students per teaching staff,teachers by age,women teachers,title structure,academic structure,discipline structure,such as six dimensions,to analyze our country regular senior secondary schools full-time teachers structure evolution,to understand the evolution characteristics and trends of the structure of full-time teachers in regular senior secondary schools,explore the problems in the evolution,analyze the reasons,clarify the factors affecting the evolution of the structure of full-time teachers in regular senior secondary schools,and put forward suggestions for optimizing the structure of full-time teachers in regular senior secondary schools.Since the 21 st century,our country regular senior secondary schools full-time teachers structure evolution,continuously improve the overall structure of teachers,but from the perspective of the structural elements of each individual,each structure has some unreasonable development changes,mainly manifested in the following aspects: students per teaching staff in regular senior secondary schools has big differences between provinces;the gender structure of teachers tends to be feminine;the age structure of teachers tends to be aged;the proportion of senior professional title in teacher professional title structure is low,and the difference between provinces is obvious;the proportion of teachers with postgraduate education is low,and the distribution difference between provinces is great;there are differences in discipline structure between urban and rural areas.This study summarizes the factors that influence the teacher structure change into four aspects: economic development,social and cultural factors,policy and system factors,and schools and teachers factors.Among them,the influence of economic development factors are as follows: there is a big difference between urban and rural education investment between provinces;teachers’ pay is low,occupation attraction is insufficient and so on.The influence of social and cultural factors are as follows: cultural tradition restriction,occupational gender bias;the relationship between demand and supply of teachers is not matched;teachers’ social status is not high,work pressure and so on.The influence of political system are as follows: teachers’ employment mechanism and management system do not adapt;teachers’ withdrawal mechanism is not sound;teachers training exchange system is not sound;teachers’ professional title evaluation system is not perfect.The influence of schools and teachers factors are as follows: the internal contradictions of school teacher structure;The influence of exam-oriented education concept;teachers’ career pursuit is different and so on.The structural evolution of teachers in regular senior secondary schools is not the result of a single factor,but the result of multiple factors.Based on this,this study puts forward some strategies and suggestions to optimize the structure of full-time teachers in regular senior secondary schools: First,increase the investment of education funds and improve the status and treatment of teachers.Second,innovate the reform of teacher education and encourage men to teach.Third,perfect the teacher withdrawal mechanism and innovate the supplementary mechanism.Fourth,deepen the reform of professional title system to stimulate the vitality of teachers.Fifth,to improve the level of teachers’ academic qualifications,improve the overall quality of teachers.Sixth,we will innovate the teacher training mechanism and improve the teacher exchange system.
