Based On The Alexithymia Group Counseling Intervention Study Of High School Students Depression

Objective: To verify the relationship between alexithymia and depression,and to design a group psychological counseling program for alexithymia intervention based on this theory,and to explore the effect of group psychological counseling based on alexithymia intervention design on alleviating depression in high school students.Method: Adopt the method of random sampling,a random sample of 1196 students in a senior high school to grade three people to participate in the questionnaire,the TAS-20 scale,CES-D scale assessment study alexithymia and depression scores,adopt the method of group counseling intervention for intervention for high school students,and to evaluate the intervention effect,the data are processed with SPSS21.0 software analysis.Results:1.There were significant differences in gender variables in TAS-20 scores of high school students(p<0.05),and gender and grade variables in ces-d scores(p<0.01).2.There was a significant correlation between CES-D total score and each factor and TAS-20 total score and each factor(P<0.01).Alexithymia had a 30.2%explanatory power for CES-D score.3.Before the implementation of group psychological counseling,there was no significant difference in ces-d and Tas 20 scores between the intervention group and the control group(p>0.05),there is no significant differences in demographic variables(p>0.05),and after the intervention,intervention group TAS-20 score was significantly lower than control group(p<0.01),the CES-D rating of intervention group was significantly lower than control group(p<0.05),tracking measurement results show that the two group of TAS-20 points,CES-D score score showing a significant difference(p<0.01);Conclusion:1.Gender differences exist in the degree of alexithymia in high school students,and gender and grade differences exist in the symptoms of depression in high school students;2.There is a significant correlation between alexithymia and depression in high school students,alexithymia is positively correlated with depression,and depression has a positive impact on alexithymia;3.The group psychological counseling based on alexithymia intervention design is effective for high school students' depression and the intervention of positive emotions,depressive emotions and somatic symptom factors,and can maintain a good effect for a long time.4.The group psychological counseling based on alexithymia intervention design is effective for high school students with alexithymia and the intervention of various dimensions,and can maintain a good effect for a long time;...
