With the advent of industry 4.0,The relationship between business environment and human resources has undergone profound changes.To maintain competitiveness in a complex market environment,enterprises need not only their own core products and technologies,but also human resource management Key,and performance appraisal is an important part of it.In the new market environment,OKR,as the representative of the new performance appraisal method with modern enterprise management thinking,has entered people's vision and gradually applied in different types of enterprises,which has attracted attention from the theoretical and practical circles.Different from the previous widely used performance appraisal mode,the performance appraisal under OKR mode is not to control and supervise employees with appraisal indicators,but to guide departments and individuals to formulate challenging department and individual objectives,set key achievements,formulate action plans and guide personnel according to the unified direction of enterprise strategy through the top-down and bottom-up strategic goal transparency Industry and enterprise share the same frequency,actively participate in creating value,and improve the efficiency of the overall performance of the enterprise.Based on the theory of performance appraisal and OKR,this paper takes D education and training group,a local leading enterprise in the education and training industry,as the research object.In order to help D education and training group successfully achieve its strategic objectives,improve the cohesion and combat ability of the teachers team with more efficient performance appraisal methods,this paper conducts research through questionnaire survey,employee interview,executive interview and other methods,and on this basis,summarizes the existing problems in the existing teacher performance appraisal system of D education and training group,and analyzes the causes of these problems In combination with the actual situation of the enterprise,OKR mode is introduced into the teacher performance appraisal system of D education and training group.On the one hand,it demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of introducing OKR performance appraisal into D education and training group.On the other hand,it optimizes the way and method of teachers' performance appraisal in D education and training group from the aspects of planning,implementation,evaluation and feedback of performanceappraisal,so as to ensure the enforceability of introducing OKR into D education and training group.In addition,it analyzes the introduction of D education and training group OKR's corporate culture environment and system level implementation guarantee will ultimately help D education and training group improve the teacher performance appraisal system,so that the performance appraisal can play a better role in the enterprise development.The innovation of this paper is to select the education and training industry,which has an obvious growth rate of the current volume development,but the industry development history is not long,and the relevant management research is relatively small,as the background,and to study based on the actual enterprise cases.At the same time of enriching practical cases in the field of industrial performance appraisal,it provides new ideas and new references for the same industry or the same type of enterprises.
