Research On The Reshaping Urban-Rural Relation With The Transformation Of Spatial Division

In the context of the rapid upgrading and optimization of China's industrial structure,the pattern of economic growth and economic development in various regions are in a state of rapid iterative optimization.At the same time,with the booming development of the high-tech industry,in the process of industrial upgrading,there are many new areas of science and technology which are built and developed based on the natural or economic characteristics of various places.From the perspective of social space,this kind of change and adjustment can be interpreted as a kind of change of local spatial division.When this change grows rapidly,it will present a characteristic state named transformation of spatial division.Space does not exist independently from the society,but is closely related to the social structure and social relations.Different changes of spatial division will affect the local society to different degrees and directions.When it comes to the rural areas before the transformation of spatial division,the adjustment direction of local production space is often towards the transformation of urban production space based on the secondary and tertiary industries,which will have a profound impact on the Urban-Rural Relation.As one of social relations,the Urban-Rural Relation has always been the focus of sociology studies.However,from the existing studies,few achievements have been made in analyzing Urban-Rural relations from the perspective of space,especially the spatial division.Under the background that China's urbanization process keeps advancing at a high speed,the significance of this research topic is further highlighted.This study chooses Qingdao 'Oceantec Valley' for case study.After the planning confirmed,the spatial division mode which originally presented the characteristics of rural areas has been rapidly transformed into a new spatial division mode dominated by high-tech and other modern industries.Despite the rapid change of the whole of the local spatial division for the local development has brought the significant positive role,but its effect on the Urban-Rural Relation,a new spatial division pattern in the still more tend to cause the differentiation of the Urban-Rural Relation,and internal different new characteristics that affect the production of space can also be different.But at the same time,although the Urban-Rural Relation will face a certain impact from spatial division at present but from the point of long-term planning,the amalgamation of Urban-Rural Relation is still optimistic,based on able to carry out regional construction planning,we have reason to believe that the 'Oceantec Valley' can achieve the ideal status,and the Urban-Rural Relation will also be able to achieve harmony and stability.This study consists of the following seven parts.The first part is the introduction.With a brief description of the origin of this research,this part introduces the issues concerned by the research and explains the significance and innovation highlights of the research.The second part is the literature review.Focusing on the spatial division and the Urban-Rural Relation,the two research keywords,this part respectively carry out a detailed sorting,and summarize the above content to make a summary of the existing research results.The third part is the case introduction and research methods.This part makes a brief introduction to the core area of Qingdao 'Oceantec Valley' chosen by this research.And based on explaining the overall thinking of this case study,it also makes a certain explanation on the rationality of using interview method,semi-participation observation and literature review as the specific information collection methods.The fourth part is the transformation of spatial division in the 'Oceantec Valley'.This part mainly explains the adjustment of the local spatial division in detail,including the layout and construction of the local new production space.The situation of related space is also involved.The fifth part is the status of the reshaping Urban-Rural Relation with transformation of spatial division and new characteristics.Based on explaining the conclusion that the new spatial division mode is more likely to lead to the differentiation of Urban-Rural relations at present,it further explains the new characteristics of the correlation between the space of colleges,universities and enterprises in the new production space and the local Urban-Rural Relation.The sixth part is the logic of the reshaping Urban-Rural Relation with transformation of spatial division.It is considered that the reasons behind the current situation of the trend differentiation are closely related to the logic of the adjustment of the local spatial division.The seventh part is summary and discussion.The overall conclusion of this study is explained from the three dimensions of spatial problems focused in this study,theoretical questions answered,and innovation and breakthrough.At the same time,the future of the local spatial division and the Urban-Rural Relation is predicted.
