Research On The Affinity Enhancement Of Red Culture Education For College Students In The New Era

On December 7,2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed at the National College Ideological and Political Work Conference that ideological and political education should focus on"educating people with culture and literature"and"improving the affinity and pertinence of ideological and political education to meet the needs and expectations of students' growth and development."This provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the affinity problem of college red culture education.In the new era,the affinity of red culture education for college students is the closeness and appeal of the red culture education activities of colleges and universities,which makes college students have an enthusiasm,acceptance and satisfaction for the red culture.This article aims to improve the affinity of red culture education among college students and discusses it from four aspects.The first chapter summarizes the related concepts,constituent elements and characteristics of the affinity of red culture education for college students in the new era.The affinity of red culture education for college students in the new era is a close force to promote college students' sense of acceptance and trust for red culture education on the basis of adhering to the ideological and political education concept of the new era and combining with the new changes of college students in the new era,such as knowledge,affection and behavior.It can be divided into five major components:affinity of educational goals,affinity of educational subjects,affinity of educational contents,affinity of educational methods,and affinity of educational environment.And it has the characteristics of systematic and targeted,explicit and implicit,historical and contemporary,theoretical and practical.The second chapter elaborates the era value of improving the red culture education affinity of college students in the new era.Focusing on the effectiveness of red culture education,the objectives and tasks of ideological and political education and the promotion of the red culture spirit,it can be specifically manifested as being conducive to improving the effectiveness of emotional,moral,and coordinated education in the red culture education in order to enhance the value of the practical effect of the red culture education;it is conducive to innovating the form of ideological and political education,enriching the content of ideological and political education,thereby promoting the realization of the goals and tasks of ideological and political education;it is conducive to carrying forward and inheriting the red culture spirit such as Creative Spirit,Struggle Spirit,Unity Spirit,Dream Spirit of red culture,so as to inherit and carry forward the values of the Chinese national spirit.The third chapter analyzes the effectiveness,problems and reasons of the affinity of red culture education for college students in the new era.On the one hand,colleges and universities have achieved certain results in the process of developing the affinity of red culture education for college students.For example,the red culture identity of college students has continuously improved,the "de-authorization" of education subjects has gradually increased,the content of red culture education has become more popular,and the forms of red education communication are more abundant,etc.On the other hand,there are still problems such as the emotional separation between the main subject of red education and the education object,the content of red education is not systematic and scientific enough,the lack of attractiveness of red culture educational practice,and the environment for red culture education needs to be improved.And the reasons are mainly expressed by the red discourse expression of educational subjects,the use of red educational resource,the synergy of red practice and the red educational environment.The fourth chapter explores the ways to improve the affinity of red culture education for college students in the new era.It is mainly manifested in the following five aspects:one is to strengthen the orientation of red culture education goals in colleges and universities in order to enhance the affinity of red culture education goals through realizing the integration of moral education and intellectual education,life and hierarchy,socialization and individuality;the second is to enhance teachers' red cultural and educational quality,in order to enhance the affinity of the education subject through enhancing the charm of knowledge,discourse and moral personality of the subject of red culture education;the third is to optimize the supply of red culture education in colleges and universities,in order to enhance the affinity of educational content with the "love,fun,truth,and new" of the red culture education content;the fourth is to enrich the red culture education methods of colleges and universities,and to comprehensively use the advantages of the first,second,and third classrooms of red ideological and political education to play an exemplary role to enhance the affinity of education methods.The fifth is to strengthen the construction of red education environment in colleges and universities,creating a harmonious red campus culture and optimize the red culture education system environment to enhance the affinity of education environment,so as to enhance the affinity of red culture education of college students.
