Despite various progressive developments and policies nowadays, women and men do not share the same level of opportunities to take part in economic activity, and whenever they do manage to participate, they never receive the same level of comfort, recognition, pays,or support as men do.Gender inequality in economic setting is a global concern. This study is exploring the impact of gender inequality on labor market on economic growth of European countries.Gender inequalities in labor market dampens economic growth. This study can provide the evidence that gender discrimination in employment is directly related to economic growth.Europe is significant to be assessed for the current variables in this scenario opposed to economic growth, since potential output growth in Europe has declined substantially in the aftermath of the global financial crisis(IMF,2015).Still European females are found to be less active in the labor force participation than men.21 years(1998-2018)and 33 European countries from different sub-regions will be taken into consideration in this study. If women understood and exercised their power, they could remake the world.
