Under the background of new normal,private universities and colleges are not supplements,but an important part of higher education.However,due to the late start and short development time of private universities and colleges,there are still many problems in infrastructure construction,faculty construction,and internal management mechanism.As the key to the improvement of the teaching quality of private higher education,private universities and colleges should attract and retain high-level talents.Regulating salary and benefit management regulations is an urgent problem for private universities and colleges.High-level salary and benefit management can promote the enthusiasm and teaching level of teachers.At present,each private university has its own regulations on salary and benefit.However,since private universities and colleges are invested by enterprises,the management models are copied from the public universities or business models and cannot meet the current requirements.To solve this problem,we focus on the management of private universities and colleges,and establish a scientific and reasonable method of salary and benefit management.Reasonable salary and benefit management method can improve the sense of professional belonging of teachers in private universities and colleges,enhance the enthusiasm of teachers,and promote the teaching level,and promote the development of private teaching level.For private universities and colleges,it can improve the attractiveness to senior talents.Enhance the core competitiveness and realize the strategic development of private universities and colleges.Focusing on the composition of teachers in X college and the management of teachers' salary and benefit,this study analyzes the problems in the management of the salary and benefit of X College.And explore the causes of problems from the government's support for private universities and colleges,the concept of management of salary and benefit,and prejudice against teachers.Following the principles of "fairness,impartiality,openness","unity of difference,stability and flexibility",combined with the development status of X Academy,this study summarized the formulating methods of the school's medium-and long-term development plan and teacher team construction plan,and requested the government in terms of improving laws and policies,setting up special working groups,setting up special funds,and strengthening supervision.Put forward suggestions for optimization of salary and benefit management from the aspects of increasing income generation,optimizing structure and optimizing performance appraisal system.
