With the continuous deepening of basic education reform,key competency has become an important factor affecting the formulation of talent training programs,revision of curriculum standards,and reform of teaching evaluation.The student key competency framework provides a direction for the exploration of teacher key competency,and the cultivation and improvement of teacher key competency has become an important support for the development of student core literacy.Therefore,the composition and development of teacher key competency have promoted the reform and development of basic education.For a long time,China's teacher education curriculum system has problems of homogeneous goals,irrational structure,and lack of practicality.For the training of rural teachers,these problems severely restrict the construction of rural teachers,affect the development of students' key competency,and restrict the reform of basic education and the quality of education and teaching.After the promulgation of the Rural Teacher Support Program(2015-2020)and the Ministry of Education's Opinions on the Implementation of the Outstanding Teacher Training Plan and its 2.0 version,the reform of teacher education has been advanced in depth,which has led to the research and construction of the curriculum system of teacher education based on the core qualities of rural teachers is imminent.Based on the era background of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current teacher education curriculum system,and proposes the goals,principles,content and institutional guarantee of the construction of teacher education curriculum system from the perspective of rural teachers' key competency.In the first part,through literature review,I summarized and related researches on teacher key competency,teacher education curriculum system and rural teacher training process,rural teacher training quality,etc.,which provided an academic perspective for restructuring teacher education curriculum system Based on key competency,teacher role,and teacher professional development,the necessity of restructuring the teacher education curriculum system is analyzed.In the second part,based on the exploration of the existing teachers 'professional literacy and their structure,a survey of rural schools in representative regions was conducted to analyze the key competency of rural teachers.Based on existing key competency and teacher key competency research,the key competency of rural teachers was established framework.The third part analyzes the status quo of teacher education curriculum system inrepresentative regions through questionnaires and descriptive statistical methods and further analyzes its current situation through interview methods.It also analyzes the surveyed status quo,analyzes the current situation and existing dilemmas of rural teacher training in teacher education courses,and analyzes the reasons for these problems.In the fourth part,on the basis of constructing the core literacy system of rural teachers,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of a teacher education curriculum system based on rural teachers' key competency,and proposes the goals,principles and contents and Institutional guarantee of the curriculum system construction for rural teachers.
