Our Research UniversityTeacher Competency Evaluation SystemThe late 1920 s, the concept of competence was put forth will be community-wide concern and triggered a wave of competence regarding exploration and research trends. With the increasing number of colleges and universities, teachers in the number and size are also presented expansion trend. Universities College Teachers are the main force of reform and development, on training quality personnel have a decisive role. For the development and construction of the existing universities and colleges and universities to train teachers and attention is relatively high, but for university teachers management mechanism and evaluation system is the lack of research, theory and rare findings there are also many shortcomings and defects, pending further promote and resolve professionals. We can say that passive professional status, lack of guidance mechanism for university teachers, evaluation criteria, the lack of university teachers on their own initiative seek professional standards and promote the driving force for self-development space forces, it is still the Evaluation of College Teachers Management System Problems.In this paper, as the main object of College Teachers in competence theory research base, first by the literature survey, the concept of university teacher competency evaluation system concept of university teachers competence and build research on teacher competency model university and other related documents were reviewed, and the second, the basic problem for teacher competency of university research, such as connotation connotation of competence and the competence of university teachers, college teacher competency of features, college teacher competency functions and models, combined with the current research conducted a comprehensive comparison and analysis.The third part for the present situation of teacher competence as university research as well as shortcomings and deficiencies assessment system of university teachers in the Present overview, while the reasons for the present situation of teacher competence as university research produced were described and analyzed, elaborated construction necessary evaluation system of university teachers and the importance.The fourth part for the principles and methods of College Teachers ’Competency constructed are described and analyzed AHP methods derived Construction of College Teachers’ Competency how the evaluation index system, and by the method of operation to clear the formula the right of re-evaluation at all levels.Finally, the study concluded the competence of teachers and university and my country look to the recommendations in the hope that this paper a preliminary study and discussion on higher teacher competency evaluation system, on the one hand can enrich the contents of competency theoretical research for the college teacher competency power Theory and practice of research to contribute, on the other hand, teachers can enrich the content of our competency evaluation system in universities and research competency feature model, able to promote the further development of education in China’s dedication to a modest force.
