Nowadays,key competency has become a hot expression in terms of education.The proposal of teacher's key competency is the further enrichment and development of key competency.The key competencies of teachers are the necessary qualities and key qualities to satisfy the development of their own teaching and students' key competency.Improving primary school teachers' key competency has a very important role in improving the overall quality of education.Especially rural teachers,it is even more important when rural education resources are not abundant and teacher resources are weak.The status of rural primary school teachers' key competency is an important issue that is worth exploring.Based on this,this study attempts to investigate the status of key competencies among rural primary school teachers,with a view to fully grasping the situation of rural primary school teachers' key competency,and then put forward a sound strategy.First of all,this article investigates the innovation quality,information competency,introspection competency,communication and cooperation literacy of rural primary school teachers in Liaoning Province through literature research,questionnaire survey and interviews.Survey results show that the key competency of primary school teachers are lack of information literacy,low educational attainment,insufficient reflective literacy,and lack of communication and cooperation literacy.Through empirical investigation and further analysis,this article found that the causes of these core deficiencies are very many,such as rural primary school teachers are hindered in the objective teaching environment,rural primary school teachers have fewer training times and training is not targeted,rural primary school teachers themselves lack self-renewal ability.For the reasons of the above problems,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: The first is to create an atmosphere conducive to improve the key competency of teachers,the second is to strengthen training and make tailored training programs,the third is to improve teachers' own requirements and realize teachers' self-renewal development.
