The image of kindergarten teachers directly affects the growth of young children,and it is an important bridge for the essential power of kindergarten teachers to affect their development.Exploring the image of the kindergarten teacher in the policy dimension and its evolutionary trajectory can provide us with a new window to take care of the ideal state of the image of the kindergarten teacher and find the key to further insight into the social and historical nature of the image of the kindergarten teacher.This study uses Marx's human science as the theoretical foundation,and adopts literature analysis,historical research and case analysis to explore the course,characteristics and value of the evolution of the image of kindergarten teachers in China's education policy.This study covers the following:The first chapter is the introduction,introduces the reasons for choosing the topic,and defines the core keywords of this research.It starts from the four dimensions of "ontology,value theory,methodology and epistemology",and reviews the relevant research results at home and abroad.The summary conclusion and objective reality lead to the theoretical significance and practical value of this research.On the basis of clarifying the research goals,content and key issues to be solved,the specific research methods and their applications are clarified.The second chapter uses the literature analysis method to select the classic expositions of Marx 's anthropology from Marx 's anthropology.Taking Marx 's anthropology theory itself as a scientific point,research content and research object as the starting point,it demonstrates the logical structure of Marx 's anthropology.In-depth explanation of the important guiding significance of the image evolution of kindergarten teachers in educational policies.The third chapter mainly adopts the literature analysis method and historical research method.Based on Marx's theory of human ontology,society and history,it looks for the factual basis for the image of preschool teachers from the text of the education policy,and presents it in China's education policy.The evolution of the image of kindergarten teachers,and analyze the characteristics of its evolution.Specifically,since the founding of the People 's Republic of China,the image of kindergarten teachers in China 's education policy has experienced a red and specialized trainer(1949-1988),a professional educator(1989-2000),and a peer status.The evolution of kindergarten teachers(2001-2011),and kindergarten teachers(2012-present)who are both researchers.With the changes of kindergarten teachers' social relations and labor tasks,the evolution of the image of kindergarten teachers in China's education policy shows the characteristics of diachronicity and synchronicity.The fourth chapter mainly adopts the literature analysis method and case analysis method.Based on the textual provisions on the image of kindergarten teachers in China's education policy as the basis and basis,it intercepts typical cases of the imageof kindergarten teachers corresponding to them in real life.Analysis,interpretation and summary reflection on relevant typical cases.The study found that with the evolution of the image of kindergarten teachers in China's education policy,kindergarten teachers have achieved continuous development in the four dimensions of "personality-human rights-liberation-freedom".Education policies that reflect the image of kindergarten teachers in China not only respond to the development needs of society in different historical periods,but also reflect the ultimate care and unique value of education for society,and effectively promote the development of "people" in the policy.Values stand for the unification of reason and value.
