| As the enlightenment teacher of children,the image of the teacher is the first impression that the teacher gives to the children,which may determine whether the child is willing to communicate with them;the inner image of the teacher affects the quality of teacher child interaction,the quality of children’s learning and healthy development,and even affects the lifelong development of children.In the past,the research on the image of preschool teachers is mostly from the perspective of adults and media,and there are not many researchers who study the image of preschool teachers from the perspective of children and write them into papers.In this study,120 children from 4 kindergartens in Baoding city were selected as the research objects by using the methods of interview and work analysis,trying to understand the real feelings and ideal expectations of the image of teachers in children’s hearts,and using spss24.0 software to compare and analyze the differences of the image of teachers in children’s hearts in demographic variables.From the external image,children expect female teachers;children expect female teachers with ponytail and skirt and male teachers with flat head and sportswear;children expect tall and thin teachers;children expect teachers with sitting posture to communicate with them.From the perspective of internal image,professional concept and Ethics: children expect teachers’ love and smile;children expect teachers’ gentle education;children expect teachers to pay attention to their games.Professional knowledge: Girls expect art knowledge,boys expect health knowledge;children like to get knowledge in the company of teachers;introverted children expect teachers’ special attention and treatment;children expect teachers to use blackboard teaching tools.Professional ability: children expect teachers to join their games;children expect hands-on operation and active learning;children expect teachers to contact their parents;children expect teachers to appreciate education.Based on the theoretical analysis of the above research conclusions,this paper obtains the factors that affect the image of teachers in children’s mind from three aspects of children’s cognition,kindergarten teachers and kindergartens,and puts forward some educational suggestions: 1.Improve children’s cognitive ability of teacher image.2.Kindergarten teachers pay attention to the shaping of their own internal image.3.Kindergartens pay attention to the image of group teachers. |
