The development of the country's education has a direct impact on the country's economic,scientific and social development.As the pace of economic and social development of our country continues to accelerate,the cause of educational reform has been deepened,and the quality of education has always been the focus of people's attention from all walks of life,and the quality of teachers plays an important and decisive role in the quality of education.In the wave of educational reform,teacher education has become a hot topic in academic research,and the decisive role of the quality of physical education for school physical education is also more and more important in the reform and development of physical education.However,there are still many problems to be solved in the process of reform and development of physical education teacher education in China,such as the further improvement of physical education teachers' education curriculum and the enhancement of physical education teachers' education quality evaluation.As a sports power and sports power,the development of physical education in the United States has been studied and used for reference by all countries in the world,and it's education system of physical education teachers has been constantly improved in the long history.The successful experience and lessons of the reform and development of the sports teacher education system in the United States have certain reference significance to China.This study mainly uses literature,historical research and development,comparative analysis and logic analysis to review the evolution of the physical education system in the United States after World War II,analyzes the evolution of PE teacher education system from physical education teachers' education concept,related policy,education reform content and the impact,and finds out the enlightenment to the development and reform of the education system of physical education teachers in China.Conclusions:(1)"Education system of physical education teachers" refers to the procedures,rules of action,ideas and so on that should be followed in the process of training physical education teachers,and the compulsory and binding nature of national policies and regulations should also be a part of physical education teacher education system.(2)Based on the concept of education,the evolution of the physical education system in the United States after World War II can be divided into three stages: the outstanding academic research stage(1945-1956),the emphasis on teaching ability stage(1966-1993),and the promotion of comprehensive level stage(1994 to date).(3)The formation of educational ideas in the stage of academic research is mainly influenced by the development of military science and technology in the Soviet Union,the decline of teenagers' physique and the quality decline caused by the shortage of physical education teachers.The reform in this stage mainly includes the transformation of physical education teachers' educational institutions from normal colleges to comprehensive universities;the courses of physical education teachers' education are mainly biological sciences and natural sciences;the certification of physical education teachers' education quality relies on the level certification of teachers' education institutions.(4)In the stage of teaching ability,the formation of educational concept is mainly influenced by the increasingly exposed social problems of teenagers,the emergence of ability standard under pragmatism and the increasingly prominent internal problems of physical education teacher education.The reform content of this stage mainly includes the increase of physical education teacher education system from 4 years to 5-6 years;the physical education teacher education curriculum is strengthened on the basis of adding humanistic courses;physical education teacher education quality certification is mainly realized in the development of teacher education quality certification,and there is no special sports certification system.(5)The formation of the concept of education at the stage of improving the comprehensive level is mainly influenced by the continuous attention to the physical health problems of teenagers,and the new requirements of the school physical education curriculum standards for the education of physical education teachers,as well as the integration of the constructivist ideology of physical education teachers' education and social and cultural factors.The reform of this stage mainly includes the establishment of national standards for pre-vocational physical education teachers to promote the integration of physical education teachers into the standard-leading ERA;the systematic integration of physical education teachers' education curricula in the public and professional categories,compulsory and optional,education and physical education;and the strengthening of the assessment tool for the quality of physical education teachers' education and the standard for the certification of excellent physical education teachers.(6)Enlightenment to China:(1)strengthen the policy guidance in the process of physical education teacher education;(2)pay attention to the needs of the development of the era for physical education teachers;(3)formulate scientific physical education teacher education standards;(4)improve the construction of physical education teachers education curriculum system;(5)enhance the quality evaluation of physical education teacher education;(6)enhance the continuity of physical education teachers.
