Since the implementation of the special post plan in Henan Province,a large number of special post teachers of physical education have been involved in the physical education of rural primary and secondary schools every year,supplementing the physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools,bringing new teaching concepts and physical education knowledge to rural primary and secondary schools,and promoting the development of physical education teaching in rural primary and secondary schools.While improving the quality of physical education teaching in rural areas,the training and development of their own professional ability should not be ignored,we should keep up with the basic trend of the reform of the integration of teachers' education,link the professional ability of physical education special post teachers with post-service training effectively,and gradually promote the integration of physical education special post teachers' professional ability after post-job training.Using the literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method,this paper analyzes the problems and attribution of pre-service training and professional ability training of physical education special post teachers in Henan Province,and puts forward the strategy of promoting the integration of pre-service training of professional ability of special post teachers in Henan Province.Main conclusions:(1)Henan Province,physical education special post teachers professional ability pre-service training problems are mainly,professional ability training is not comprehensive,education practice problems outstanding,low threshold of teacher qualifications.(2)The main problems in post-service training of special vocational teachers in physical education in Henan Province are the problems of low-targeted training content,low participation in colleges and universities affecting the integration process,and the single and traditional teaching form of post-service training of professional ability.(3)The problems of integrated training of professional and post-service professional ability of special post teachers in Henan Province are mainly due to the lack of interaction between pre-service and post-service training institutions,the great differences in training teachers,the poor convergence of training objectives,and the incoherent content of the curriculum.In view of the above-mentioned problems and attribution,mainly from the education sector,universities,schools and physical education special post teachers put forward strategies:(1)under the overall planning of the education sector to strengthen communication and cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools,clearly assume the responsibility of physical education special post teachers professional ability pre-service training and professional ability after-service training,and improve the qualification conditions for physical education teachers.(2)Under the premise of implementing the concept of lifelong education,colleges and universities will continue to promote the integrated training of teachers,training objectives and curriculum content after professional competence of special posts in physical education.(3)The school needs to arrange the time for the work and training of the special post teachers of physical education,increase the number of trainings,and the special post teachers of physical education should establish the consciousness of lifelong education,actively participate in post-service training,and constantly promote the all-round development of their professional ability,and better serve the cause of physical education in rural areas.
