With the deepening education reform, PE teachers’ job previouslyaccumulated professional knowledge and professional skills havebeen unable to meet the needs of the present sports teaching work,the teacher is the core elements of the implementation of basiceducation reform. At the same time, the imbalance problems in thedevelopment of basic education in China is more and more attention,the teachers troop levels in rural and remote areas became the mainfactor of restricting the sports teaching level; In the face of thissituation, China’s ministry of education on the one hand, a largepreferential policies to encourage senior intellectuals in ruraleducation, to strengthen the construction of teaching staff from theexternal cause; On the other hand, intensify in-service teachertraining, improve has the inauguration of teachers’ professional level,improve teachers’ professional accomplishment from the internal cause. Post-career education training has become solve the ruralbasic education level and promote the reform of sports teaching ofprimary path and so on education for sports teachers in basiceducation stage is particularly important.This study appliedquestionnaire investigation, expert interview method, mathematicalstatistics and other research methods to investigate and study thepost-service education of P.E. teachers in part of the in primaryschools in Shanxi Province and hope to have a more profoundknowledge and understanding. On the basis of the descriptivestatistics analysis to carry out the existing problems in post-serviceeducation of P.E. teachers in primary schools in Shanxi Province, andanalyzes the reasons and related factors. Using exploratory factoranalysis to identify potential scale structure, the author extractedfour common factors to reflect a comprehensive questionnaireinformation by less construction. By using independent sample t-testand single factor analysis of the difference of post-service educationunder the variance background of P.E. teachers in primary schools inShanxi Province.Through the study, P.E. teachers have been realized theimportance of post-service education in primary schools in ShanxiProvince, but their participating consciousness are poorer, they knowit’s very important but not pay enough attention. They distorted the real intention of post-service education training in the process oforganization and lack of necessary selection mechanism and has theunreasonable phenomenon of trainees screening. The way ofparticipation of post-service education is a single, inflexible, lessoptional hinder the enthusiasm of teachers’ post-service educationtraining. The evaluation and feedback mechanism of post-serviceeducation is not sound, and the lack of oversight of the remotenetwork training lead the phenomenon of "Failed a class" iswidespread.The contradiction between learning and working, andfunding problems caused the field post-service education trainingwork is not ideal. Finally the author discussed the factors ofpost-service education development of the P.E. teachers in primaryschools in Shanxi Province from the follow three aspects theexecutive main body of post-service education--executive object, theorganizer of post-service education--P.E.teachers, the know and valuedegree of post-service education.
