Rural education is entrusted with the hundreds of millions of family yearning for abetter life, is an important part of socialist new rural construction, at present, China’s ruraleducation presents the school teachers lack of resources, good grades students to go to thetown of reading taste, rural education is not optimistic. Teachers show low academicqualifications, age, professional is not strong,"a division of multidisciplinary"phenomenon. In May15,2006, to narrow the gap between urban and rural education toimprove the condition of the backwardness of rural education, the Ministry of education,Ministry of finance, Ministry of personnel, China issued "implementation plan" specialhillock teacher rural. This paper takes the current situation of sports teachers in Henan cityof Jiaozuo Province as the research content by using the method of literature, questionnairesurvey method, interview method, mathematical statistics and other research methods todraw the following conclusions1Henan city of Jiaozuo province rural primary and middle schools sports specialhillock teacher demand is bigger, the relevant departments should increase the Sportsspecial hillock teacher recruitment.2the Henan province Jiaozuo city sports special hillock teacher low wages, workloadis big, most of the sports special hillock teacher part-time administrative duties or othersubjects.
