With the rapid development of private higher education,private colleges and universities have become the backbone of higher education in China.With the continuous expansion of public colleges and the influx of foreign schools,private colleges and universities are facing fierce competition.In order to stand in the fierce competition,we must have an excellent and stable team of creative and enterprising teachers.This team's job satisfaction not only directly affects the enthusiasm and creativity of their work,but also affects the survival and development of colleges and universities.Due to the single source of funds for private colleges and universities,compared with public colleges and universities in the same level,the salaries and benefits of private colleges and universities are low and the space for development is narrow.Therefore,private colleges and universities face difficulties in retaining outstanding key teachers.The teacher structure is unreasonable,the teacher's mobility is large,and the teacher's satisfaction is low.With nearly 30 years of development,JT College has gradually become a private undergraduate college with a reputation in Hunan Province.However,it still confrontswith some problems such as the instability of teachers and the necessity to improve teacher job satisfaction.This paper takes JT college teachers' job satisfaction as the research object,and aims to discover the status quo of JT college teacher satisfaction,and takes targeted measures to improve the job satisfaction of JT college teachers.The research results of the paper will help JT college teachers build,and promote the steady and healthy development of JT college.Firstly,based on the author's actual observations and interviews,the status quo of JT college teachers is summarized,and the author finds that the lost phenomenon of JT college teachers is serious and teachers' job satisfaction is lacking.The reasons for these issues are analysized by qualitative methods.Secondly,using Lickett's five-point method to design a questionnaire to investigate the basic situation of teachers 'job satisfaction and obtain the basic data.From the data,we find that the overall satisfaction evaluation of JT collge teachers is low.The satisfaction of teachers' job is not high that it is especially reflected in self-cognition,salary income,book and scientific research conditions,teacher training and retraining,access to academic frontiers,growth platform,executive service awareness,and communication between faculty leaders and teachers.Thirdly,using the Kano model analysis method,the Kano questionnaire is designed to obtain the classification of influencing factors affecting teachers' job satisfaction,and get thenecessary requirements,expectation requirements,attractive requirements,and non-differential requirements for improving.The paths to improving JT college teachers' job satisfaction are provided.Finally,based on the classification of the influencing factors obtained by the satisfaction survey and the Kano model analysis method,the countermeasures to improve the job satisfaction of JT collge teachers are put forward.
