With the increasing living standards of our people,the nationwide fitness activities have been widely popularized.The construction of a strong sports country has become an important goal and task of the reform and development of sports work in China,but in recent years,the physical fitness level of young children has continued to decline.Many young children lack the necessary physical exercise,and the corresponding outdoor sports have also been replaced by educational toys.There is no good lifestyle and the diet is not regular,so the physical condition of young children is not optimistic.Sports games have the nature of games,different from other types of games,it emphasizes the basic action form of a game combined with sports activities,arranges the combination of various basic action forms,makes new creative and educational designs,and formulates The rules are universal and universal,and can achieve the purpose of strengthening the physical health of young children.From the perspective of children's sports research,there are relatively few studies on children's physical fitness activities and exercise.This study uses the literature method,interview method,experiment method and mathematical statistics method,and uses diverse sports games as intervention methods,choose two large classes from Kaifeng Golden Key Kindergarten,at the same time meet the conditions of two classes with the same teaching teacher,set up an experiment class and a control class respectively.The two groups of children were tested according to "National Physical Fitness Standards Manual(Children's Part)",through a three-month experimental intervention of diverse sports games,three classes per week,40 minutes per class,to understand the physical health status of large class children,and to explore the impact of sports intervention on the physical fitness of 5-6 year old children.After the intervention,the conclusions are as follows:(1)Diversified sports games have no effect on the body shape indicators of 5-6 year old children.(2)Diversified sports games can significantly promote children's speed,endurance and agility at the age of 5-6.(3)Diversified sports games can promote the upper body strength and waist and abdomen strength of children aged 5-6;There was no effect on lower limb strength in 5-6 year olds.(4)Diversified sports games can promote the balance ability of 5-6 year old children.(5)Diversified sports games have a very obvious promoting effect on the flexibility of girls aged 5 to 6 years old,but have no effect on the flexibility of boys aged 5 to 6 years old.
